When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

After 3 years of procrastination, we finally decided to plan our wedding in London while living in the US. All we can say is thank goodness for Dita! From beginning to end, Dita was incredibly patient while we made up our minds. She was never pushy and always encouraged us to do what we wanted, all while appreciating our budget. Dita was invaluable in making sure everything came together. Her unique ideas, expertise, and network of collaborators brought our vision to life. Not only was our garden transformed into a beautiful wedding reception venue, but the atmosphere was elevated by Dita’s impeccable styling. Moreover, she really went above and beyond in working with us from abroad to select excellent catering with a bespoke cocktail menu. She was an exceptional collaborator in how she worked with us to bring together a beautiful multicultural experience that spoke to our families’ traditions. Dita and her team were all brilliant leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. We couldn’t have done it without her. It is thanks to Dita that we have such wonderful memories of our wedding day!

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Something that we didnt experience speaking to other wedding experts. Dita's help and knowledge was invaluable and the staff she brought for the event were also so so lovely. We couldn’t speak highly of them enough. A lot of our friends and family complimented the staff saying how helpful and accommodating they were! I have worked on many shoots and many weddings over my hairdressing career, but I have never met a wedding orginiser who runs an event so smoothly and with such in depth attention to detail, In the run up to our shoot Melinda had the entire team up to speed in the knowlage of what was expected from each person with a wonderful shedule that allowed plenty time and for each persons personal creative time, she really is a shedule magician, On a shoot or event day Melinda has an energy of calm organisation, and really is the loveliest person, she knows every detail of how things should run and that makes for a well working team, I love working with Melinda as I know it will be a dream creative day as we all know she has it all so orginised so that we can work, be creative and have alot of fun, without any concerns about anything else.

I cannot thank Jackie and the team enough for helping me throw my daughter the most amazing 5th birthday!! Jackie took away all the stress of planning a birthday party and helped us create the best experience. She stayed in touch throughout the process and was phenomenal on the day. Jackie found the perfect entertainment for the party, had the most amazing backdrop that fit with our requirements and made every process simple. Three Little Birds's hired my face and body art services to provide entertainment at her client's child's birthday celebration in Mayfair this summer. Along with her team members, Jackie was highly professional from my very first encounter with her. Her event concept was clearly defined, her high expectation and work ethic were second to none. Needless to say, the outdoor celebration (complete with a vast personalised balloon display, beautifully presented table setting, fabulous children's entertainers and wonderful catering) was executed perfectly. Jackie's excellent communication skills and warm demeanour make her an absolute delight to work with and I genuinely look forward to collaborating with her again.

We had the pleasure of working with Jackie and her team for the flower arrangements at our civil partnership reception. They were super accommodating with every request we had, including some special touches we wanted to incorporate. The flower displays brought such a beautiful, warm vibe to our reception, making the day even more special. So many of our guests made it a point to tell us how incredible the flowers looked, which says a lot. Throughout the entire process, Jackie was professional, detail-oriented, and easy to communicate with. Could not recommend them enough if you're looking to bring some extra beauty to your event.

There are a million GREAT things I could write about Three Little Birds Events. I planned a 90s themed 50th Birthday party for my partner from abroad, and Jackie was amazing! From our first consultation call to the day of the event she really showed up for me in a million ways. She was able to bring my sometimes very complex vision to life, work with my budget and find creative solutions for issues. Working with Jackie felt like a collaborative effort, and like she really cared about creating a great event. Also, everything was organized and coordinated extremely well, I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the event. Three Little Birds is more than planning, it's everything you'd need for a seamless, flawless event. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your event!

Camilla is such a lovely human being and is a star wedding planner! I am SO glad that we decided to get her help with planning the rest of our wedding and coordinating on the day. She had amazing suggestions for additional elements and had great supplier contacts. I'm so glad she arranged for us to have an extra walkthrough at the venue to help visualise everything we would want on the day. She also suggested that my husband walk down the aisle with his mum which was such a beautiful addition to our ceremony. In the weeks leading up to the big day, she had everything completely under control and I felt like I could just focus on the task of getting married and basking in the glow of the day. She is super responsive over WhatsApp, ready to answer any question I threw her way. My only regret is that we didn’t bring Camilla on earlier in the planning process to get her steer on more things!

Camilla was awesome! Could not have done it without her! I live overseas and she organised it all, visited venues, found suppliers and kept the check list and payment schedule on track. We literally could not have done it without her. Not only was my eyes and ears, Camilla is a complete pleasure to work with. A lovely, charming woman who eas my right hand for year. We hired Camilla to be an ‘on the day co-ordinator’ for our wedding - I needed a right hand woman who I could trust to hand over the reigns and make sure all my planning and preparation came to life the way I imagined. Camilla was there for me throughout the whole wedding process to bounce ideas off, but most importantly, she gave me the confidence to relax on my wedding day (I’m a control freak!) - she was a pleasure to be around, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure any hiccups were dealt with. Camilla has now become a friend, I admire her work greatly. Do not hesitate to book her services.

I don’t think we can put into words how much Camilla has done for us! She gave us the best wedding ever - we are over the moon. She thought of absolutely everything, her for detail is outstanding, she has incredible taste and vision. Our wedding was perfect, she made it hassle free and knew exactly when to bother us with details and when to take charge. Of particular note is the presentation for cutting the cake, she transformed the area into a dream-like sequence with floating candles, an arch and a neon sign with our new surname. She had a vision and executed it brilliantly - this was all her and was the most beautiful thing to behold! Additionally, Camilla and her assistants are so lovely - we think of Camilla as a lifelong friend after only knowing her through the last 9 months as our planner extraordinaire. Camilla’s greatest strength is that she cares so much and you can really feel it. She made the whole experience (which was very daunting for two people who are not remotely organised) amazing! Her military precision planning meant everything came off seamlessly. We are delighted and the photos show her excellence! We cannot recommend her enough!

Crystal have planned several events at my venue (The Norfolk Venue) and provide a very professional service with beautiful decor. All staff are very knowledgable in the industry and always go above and beyond for their clients. The best in the region.

My husband and I hired Crystal Events and Crystal Chauffeurs for our wedding and I'm so glad we did. I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. I fell in love with planning the wedding again, and felt confident that everything was going to look beautiful without the worry that things may not work the way I had imagined. The team were on top of everything the whole way through the planning process which meant that we were completely stress-free. Even down to having some Ghanaian flare at our otherwise traditional, English wedding. Tash from Sandeman Events was the event planner for our wedding which was originally due to take place in July 2020. Even before Covid arrived the process of planning a wedding with Tash was so easy. I don't feel like I was always particularly articulate in describing what I wanted for the day but Tash's has such an intuitive approach which made it feel like she read my mind with everything that was delivered. All of the suppliers she works with are just extraordinary and she was so careful to work within our budget. I had the added experience of working with Tash through three subsequent postponements of our wedding day due to Covid. From July 2020, to September 2020 to May 2021 and finally to July 2021. There is absolutely no way we would have managed through all those postponements without Tash. Due to the strong relationships she has with her suppliers we were able to move the wedding at no additional cost and lost no deposits. When we finally got to it the day was so beyond what we had imagined and there was just no stress at all for us as Tash and her team take care of everything in the lead up, on the day and afterwards. I only wish I could get married again just so I can plan another wedding with Sandeman Events!!

I wish there was a 6 star rating option for Tash and Sandeman Events because they deserve more! Tash was the best event planner - making our dream wedding day come true. From the moment we met her via zoom, her calm composure and understanding of what James and I wanted from our day (even when we weren’t entirely sure ourselves!) made us feel completely relaxed as we knew we were in the hands of a total pro. Always reassuring, Tash was also happy to listen to our concerns and come up with alternative solutions. On the day itself, we were both able to just sit back and enjoy - it was honestly the best day of our lives and a huge part of that is down to Tash and her team.
