I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. I fell in love with planning the wedding again, and felt confident that everything was going to look beautiful without the worry that things may not work the way I had imagined. We cannot recommend Chenai enough!! As soon as we found her website we knew she would be the perfect person to plan our wedding. The team were on top of everything the whole way through the planning process which meant that we were completely stress-free. Chenai has an amazing way of knowing what you want better than you do and brought all of our vague ideas to life! Even down to having some Ghanaian flare at our otherwise traditional, English wedding. We had the pleasure of having Chenai, Tariq and Aaron with us on our wedding day meaning that everything went off without a hitch and we knew that everything was taken care of, enabling us to relax and enjoy the day.

We hired Camilla to be an ‘on the day co-ordinator’ for our wedding - I needed a right hand woman who I could trust to hand over the reigns and make sure all my planning and preparation came to life the way I imagined. Camilla was there for me throughout the whole wedding process to bounce ideas off, but most importantly, she gave me the confidence to relax on my wedding day (I’m a control freak!) - she was a pleasure to be around, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure any hiccups were dealt with. Camilla has now become a friend, I admire her work greatly. Do not hesitate to book her services.

Camilla is such a lovely human being and is a star wedding planner! I am SO glad that we decided to get her help with planning the rest of our wedding and coordinating on the day. She had amazing suggestions for additional elements and had great supplier contacts. I'm so glad she arranged for us to have an extra walkthrough at the venue to help visualise everything we would want on the day. She also suggested that my husband walk down the aisle with his mum which was such a beautiful addition to our ceremony. In the weeks leading up to the big day, she had everything completely under control and I felt like I could just focus on the task of getting married and basking in the glow of the day. She is super responsive over WhatsApp, ready to answer any question I threw her way. My only regret is that we didn’t bring Camilla on earlier in the planning process to get her steer on more things!

I don’t think we can put into words how much Camilla has done for us! She gave us the best wedding ever - we are over the moon. She thought of absolutely everything, her for detail is outstanding, she has incredible taste and vision. Our wedding was perfect, she made it hassle free and knew exactly when to bother us with details and when to take charge. Of particular note is the presentation for cutting the cake, she transformed the area into a dream-like sequence with floating candles, an arch and a neon sign with our new surname. She had a vision and executed it brilliantly - this was all her and was the most beautiful thing to behold! Additionally, Camilla and her assistants are so lovely - we think of Camilla as a lifelong friend after only knowing her through the last 9 months as our planner extraordinaire. Camilla’s greatest strength is that she cares so much and you can really feel it. She made the whole experience (which was very daunting for two people who are not remotely organised) amazing! Her military precision planning meant everything came off seamlessly. We are delighted and the photos show her excellence! We cannot recommend her enough!

Camilla was awesome! Could not have done it without her! I live overseas and she organised it all, visited venues, found suppliers and kept the check list and payment schedule on track. We literally could not have done it without her. Not only was my eyes and ears, Camilla is a complete pleasure to work with. A lovely, charming woman who eas my right hand for year. We used Inside Out Eventz for our Christmas wedding, and everything was spectacular! The attention to detail and care from the first day we booked with them right up to the big day was fantastic. Andrea and Alex at Inside Out Eventz are phenomenal at their job. I had absolutely no stress on my wedding day, it all ran so smoothly, and was honestly everything I could have asked for. We got married on 3rd June 2023, and from the first time I contacted Inside Out Eventz to the day of the wedding Andrea and Alex made everything I asked for - work! Everyone said how amazing the food was- the best food they’ve ever eaten at a wedding and there was SO MUCH OF IT- no one when hungry. From bringing out tequila shots to late night snacks, to making sure all of the drinks were super cold for our guests (it was a very hot day!) they really are the best, and go above and beyond to make sure your day is special. All I can say is, thank you Andrea and Alex, I’ll be dreaming of those duck bonbons for the rest of my life 🤌🏼

Jay Sands ( and his crew) blew us away with the level of care and calm throughout our wedding event. He provided the marquee , helped set up for dinner, oversaw the transformation into a party room and provided an outstanding bar . It couldn’t have gone better….. and all of it with a never ending smile. We will definitely use his services again and cannot recommend him highly enough

Jay is one of the most impressive event planners I've ever worked with. We were bathed in his reassuring confidence for our son's Bar Mitzvah from the outset. He didn't disappoint. We had a change of venue last minute when the Queen's funeral arrangements subsumed our original venue with 9 days to go. Jay took it all in his stride and the production was stunning on the night - everything worked like clockwork and we've had so many compliments about the set, staging and activities. Thank you Jay.
