It has been nothing but AMAZING to work with Vanessa and Dom! From the very beginning it became clear that they were not only doing this because it’s their job but because they genuinely cared about me and Emily (my wife). We didn’t have to worry about one thing, through the whole process we were able to just enjoy our time being engaged as Vanessa took every task into her own hands allowing us to truly cherish our moment in ease knowing, that everything that we wanted was being manifested. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Vanessa as our wedding planner, and she was truly the heart and soul behind making our day everything we dreamed of and more. Planning a destination wedding in the UK from the US was no small feat, but Vanessa made the entire process not only manageable but enjoyable. I interviewed six different wedding planners, and from the very beginning, I knew Vanessa was the right choice. I do not regret my decision at all—she exceeded every expectation. Vanessa was with us every step of the way, guiding us through each challenge with grace and expertise. No detail was too small for her to handle, and she made sure everything was perfect, from the big decisions to the smallest finishing touches. Working with Vanessa is a JOY. The first time we worked together a few years back was a revelation, what Vanessa doesn't know about planning, especially for an outdoor wedding, isn't worth knowing. If you are having an at home or outdoor wedding, you NEED her. Having photographed weddings for over ten years now, we always see the utmost professionalism and levels of skill that they have, and always go above and beyond for their clients. From a supplier point of view, Vanessa's planning documents are actually sexy they are so on point, so working alongside them is a breeze. Our work together has been from countryside tipis to Aynhoe Park and so many venues in between, and hopefully here's to many more. Just get them booked in now!

Vanessa is excellent at wedding planning as well as being a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her without hesitation. Having Vanessa as our planner meant that we were able plan our wedding in less than seven months and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it all. The whole thing, from choosing a venue to designing a menu, to table plans, the band, the cake, and the day itself. I’m only sorry it’s all over. I can safely say it would have been a very different experience without Vanessa. She dealt with the unexpected effortlessly and allowed my husband and me to relax and take it all in. Zeleka and her team were exceptional. In the lead up to the day, we had regular check ins and an open WhatsApp chat to voice any questions or concerns. The day itself couldn’t have gone as well without Zeleka, Sophia and Grace. They were professional, treated our guests with care and made sure that everyone was informed about what was going on. I’m a Project Manager in my day to day and so I truly didn’t think I would be able to fully relax on the wedding day but I was definitely able to and had the most perfect day. The Wedding Coordinators are definite must have for any wedding! Thank you ladies x

A huge thank you to Zeleka and the team for all their help with our wedding day. From our first phone call Zeleka was kind, helpful, professional and informative and I knew we were in good hands. I toed and froed for a while about the need for wedding day coordination from a budget perspective and given we had a good venue booked, but it was honestly the best money we spent in the end and I'm so glad we went for TWC- I can’t imagine now how it would have gone without them and I would recommend to all who are a bit type A (!) and want to feel all eventualities are accounted for. The stress she alleviated in the lead up to the wedding by liasing with all suppliers was absolutely invaluable. As soon as I saw emails going through to our vendors one by one, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders and I could focus on looking forward to my big day. And then the day came! I had wanted no stress on the day for me or my close ones, and whilst a bit of this was inevitable, Zeleka really left me largely worry free. She came with a fantastic team (also looking fabulous might I add!) and I didn't even know what was going on in the background for the course of the day- they were that smooth! From the first phone call I had with Zeleka, her confidence and experience shone through. Straight away she gave me connections for suppliers I had not found yet such as catering and production. Also advice on timeline and logistics. I trusted Zeleka with the vision of the wedding and knew that it was in very safe hands. Before the wedding we had numerous phone calls and a site visit. I felt very comfortable relaying my vision and what I wanted. Zeleka was also a great sound board and when it came to things that wouldn’t work aswell. The wedding day was a success and completely stress free for us as the Bride and Groom. Zeleka handled everything and we could truly enjoy our special day. Words can’t express how grateful we are to Zeleka for all her hard work in making the day so great! Our guests have all commented on how amazing and efficient the co-ordination team were. They were on hand to help all guests, and in particular saved the day when a guest lost an earring back. It’s details like this that my guests will remember! They not only did a spectacular job but they also look the part too! Best decision I ever made was hiring Zeleka and her team! Will 100% recommend as a necessity to all wedding couples!

We cannot recommend Chenai enough!! As soon as we found her website we knew she would be the perfect person to plan our wedding. The team were on top of everything the whole way through the planning process which meant that we were completely stress-free. Chenai has an amazing way of knowing what you want better than you do and brought all of our vague ideas to life! Even down to having some Ghanaian flare at our otherwise traditional, English wedding. We had the pleasure of having Chenai, Tariq and Aaron with us on our wedding day meaning that everything went off without a hitch and we knew that everything was taken care of, enabling us to relax and enjoy the day.

I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. I fell in love with planning the wedding again, and felt confident that everything was going to look beautiful without the worry that things may not work the way I had imagined. Chenai eliminated all the stress. Our wedding was perfect. My only regret is not finishing ByChenai Events sooner.

Jay Sands ( and his crew) blew us away with the level of care and calm throughout our wedding event. He provided the marquee , helped set up for dinner, oversaw the transformation into a party room and provided an outstanding bar . Gen Z events took care of our anniversary party and did and an amazing job. Jay, Georgia and the team handled every aspect of the day with no stress whatsoever. No detail was overlooked and all the staff they supplied were excellent. The band they arranged was also brilliant and really added to the evening. Can't fault Gen Z and would thoroughly recommend them for any event.
