Henry and his team ensured we delivered a seamless evening for over 200 guests attending our very special HOPE Ball - a fundraising event for our local hospital charity, which raised c£75,000. Henry's professionalism and attention to detail is second to none and we hope to work with Henry and his team again in the future.

Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. I very much look forward to working together again.

Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

Thank you so much to Julie and Carole and to all the staff of the Boathouse Studios. Our event went well and the staff are very nice and very accommodating. We hired the twin studio to accommodate 100 guests and were very pleased that it's very spacious and very clean. There's also a private parking in the venue so you won't have to worry about parking spaces. We will definitely be booking our next event with them.

This is a great venue, quite quirky, a special find. Reasonable for hire and what makes it even better is the 10% discount to celebrate their 10th Anniversary. The team were very supportive leading up to and on the day of the event. A big thank you for making the event so seamless!

I cast my mind back to one of the highlights of my 2024, and I’m grateful for the part Boathouse studios played in making a memorable day even more special. It was an absolute pleasure to host my anniversary there, Carole and the team were very accommodating and welcoming and helped to bring my vision to reality. One week on from our wedding and our guests cannot stop looking at the pictures. Everything about the decor was amazing. Planning this wedding in just short of four months was a challenge, but it was made so much easier with the support the 1SW team. They listened to our ideas, and made them truly come to life. Timmy and the team did the decor for my wedding reception. It was a pleasure working with Timmy as she managed to capture my vision perfectly. I was worried that my colour scheme wouldn’t be reflected how I wanted it to, but 1SW did not disappoint. The finishing was immaculate and all my guests had nothing but good feedback!
