100% recommended this vets, wouldn't take my cat Archie anywhere else. Jen (vet) who my cat (Archie) sees and loves, is amazing with him I 100% trust her advice/care. Receptionists are so lovely and friendly, Jennifer is a really lovely vet, always listens to the owner and takes her time to help you. Her experience and professionalism shines through. In my years I have seen many vets owning Dogs and horses. It's lovely to have a vet that's friendly, has an amazing way with the dog and is very experianced. All the vets are lovely and caring I have seen at Yorkshire vets but Jennifer is the one I will see if I can win my two dogs. Good experience throughout

Had my dogs registered here for over 2 years now, and i have to say i not disappointed at all so far. Both my American xl bullies and my french bulldog are in the pet health club, so all the fleaing and wormimg medication is included. Recently, I had my xl bullies neutered and spayed. The procedures were done with precision and minimal scarring, and they both received 25% off the total amounts due to the pet health club. The majority of staff are lovely and took a shine to my babies straight away. They received 5* service hands down,i only wish it was closer to me, lol.

Very welcoming and caring service provided by the reception staff and the vets. I have used a few vets in the past and this branch has exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend.

All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The vets and nurses are amazing. One of my cats is fiesty and always handle her well. Getting appointments is easy and quick. Overall a brilliant service

We recently had to have our beautiful cat put to sleep and we can't thank Gordon enough for his kindness. He explained everything, gave us options but most importantly gave us time to spend with her before and after which meant the world. The world needs more Gordon's in it.

Excellent Vets. I have been visiting this practice with my 2 dogs for 15 years and would highly recommend them. Unfortunately my eldest dog passed a few weeks ago but the care we had from the reception staff, nurses and vets has been amazing. I found somewhere that doesn’t just treat your poorly companion but sympathises, listens and truly cares and for that I will be forever grateful. In memory of my beautiful boy Marley ❤️

My very sick hen was examined thoroughly, with care and dignity , by Vicky.It was decided that the best thing to do was to put Hemlock to sleep. I was able to hold her whilst the drugs were given and this was done very respectfully, keeping my hen wrapped tomake her feel secure. I cannot express how kind and understanding this practice was, and the vet we saw, and will definitely be bringing my hens here, if the situation ever arises again.

Took my little beddy whippet to see the vet yesterday, left feeling so supported. She explained everything so clearly, was caring and incredibly calm. Supporting staff were also great.

I just want to say a big massive thank you to West Mount vets in Mytholmroyd. I had to take my baby girl, Hettie, there as she hadn't been well for a few days. I had to make the biggest decision in my life, to put her to sleep. Ed, the vet, was so kind and reassuring in helping me to make this decision. He had a way about him that made you feel he had your pets interest at heart. He didn't push me in any way and gave me time with my baby girl, nothing was rushed at all. The nurse was fantastic too, both telling me the steps that were to be done and both had empathy. I cannot fault this surgery at all, even the receptionist was very kind. Once again, thank you for your help with Hettie. She was very well looked after.

Visited today, which was not a happy visit but the care we received in the practice was brilliant. Our young cat was brought in after being hit by a car. He was seriously injured. All of the staff who saw us were so kind and understanding, there was one lady (who's name I did not get) who talked us through everything, gave us all of our options, answered all of our questions and gave us time with our cat. We unfortunately ended up having his put to sleep, which was heartbreaking, however the treatment given to our cat and the care they showed us was great-we really appreciated it.

The staff at this surgery treat your pet as though it was their own. I have received the most wonderful care for my 5 dogs and 1 cat over the last 8 years and yes I have used 2 other vets previously in Halifax. The receptionists are very helpful and especially good when you are struggling with a poorly animal. I had to have one of my Great danes put to sleep recently after a 3 year battle with epilepsy and wobblers, the staff are amazing and the treatment standards for your pets is outstanding.An update this surgery is the best I have moved 8 miles away and still travel to this surgery all of the staff are outstanding.

Amazing vets, highly recommend.. Only been using this vets for 3 years after I rescued my dog from her horrible previous owners.. They have been amazing with her.. She makes herself well known at the vets as she's reactive around other dogs (she's had a really horrible life before coming to me so understand why she's the way she is).. Always felt listened to by the vet, always seen the same guy who is ace with her even though she's a little cowbag with him, poor guy he tries his best with her.. The receptionists always end up putting us in our own room to stop my dog barking n lower her distress which I think is really good.. Consultations never felt rushed, always explained in detail then worked out the cost for me after I've agreed to whatever treatment they suggest.. As you can see by the photo attached my frenchie Blossom is looking very happy at the reputation she's gained at the vets after our last visit on 7th June 2023, being shunned into our own room again cause she thought she was harder then 2 dogs double the size of her 🤦‍♀️🙄 #SmallDogSyndrome

Where do I start amazing the lovely vet that we had seen with Daisy was fabulous and made us feel at ease and made Daisy feel very relaxed as she is an old nervous girl but she has now started eating and drink after a very stressful 8 days I called the out of hour vets last night and spoke to the vet that looked after Daisy and I just thanked her for her help and Daisy is now on the mend ❤️‍🩹 so so grateful for your time and knowledge and support and understanding Thank you !!! As you can see daisy is starting to get better ❤️‍🩹

From the moment I walked through the door with my cat I was so impressed by receptionists efficiency, the vet that triaged my cat and the vet that subsequently helped me. On leaving the receptionist went through everything in detail. I cannot thank them enough.
