The overall experience was good, but there’s definitely room for improvement. It felt like the restaurant was short-staffed, which impacted service quality. Attention to detail could also be better. I wouldn’t recommend the steak - was inconsistent—one side was well done while the other was medium, which was disappointing, but the chicken shish was perfect—juicy, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. With a bit more focus, this place could be excellent.

We had such a lovely meal ! Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone staying or living around this area. The only thing was that there was only one waitress and we can see she was extremely busy, so it was hard to get her attention but she was very knowledgeable and polite. We sat in one of the booths which was nice at first but the door just kept opening as customers were coming and going, so it was windy. Other than that, we enjoyed it very much and everything was lovely ! We will be back, Thank You !

Met up with work colleagues for a Christmas get together. We were there early evening and there was lots of space. As the evening progressed it got quite busy but service was still good. Lots of choice on the menu. Very enjoyable evening.

Absolutely marvellous place to be!!! The food was great and very filling, the staff are extremely friendly and the ambience in the room is such a delight. Such a great space for dates, group nights out, celebrations and all sorts. Thank you for a great time!

The customer service and experience here at Aroma Lounge Sittingbourne is truly special. The atmosphere decorations and lighting of the restaurant set it apart from almost all restaurants in this region of Kent. It's like going overseas to sylett itself with how nice and warm and accommodating the restaurant is every time I have visited. Hussain and the gent that always looks after me who I can't thank enough for the consistency and friendliness of my visits here it's a great place for families, groups, working dinners and single travelers like myself to dine and feel at home. Chefs and kitchen staff should be celebrated here as well as food is fantastic and always served with the highest quality of presentation and service. Every dish so far is delicious and perfectly portioned you won't not come back as the service here is very much always customer focused. Been a while leaving this review so forgive the delay but wanted to express how much of a great place Aroma Lounge is and how much it's growing in presence and experience for all guests and how good the staff are here really appreciate you and with the British Raj right next door these are Sittingbournes finest tandoors and other businesses could learn a lot about how these restaurants take care of customers and are actually genuinely welcoming.

We’ve been visiting this curry house regularly & have been meaning to leave a review. Aroma Lounge has become our favourite place to dine in Sittingbourne. What really stands out, though, is the staff. They are always incredibly well mannered & welcoming, making each visit a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, adding & & the food is full of flavour. Highly recommend this restaurant!

I loved my experience here! The food was delicious and affordable - our table was full of food it was just too good. I got anankoli chicken with roti and pilau rice; the menu had a range too for all dietary preferences. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and very classy. Best of all was the lovely, attentive wait staff who even gave me a free drink and beautiful ice cream dessert for my birthday! I would definitely recommend as all of my friends and I loved it and would go back again :)

Maybe our fourth or fifth time having dinner at this restaurant and we will continue to come back. We chose to come here for my husband’s birthday as it is our favourite place. The food does not compare to any of the Indian restaurants in sittingbourne in our opinion, it is much better quality and so much more flavoursome. The staff are so attentive and really go out of their way to make it an enjoyable evening with very generous drinks and service. If you have not tried this restaurant we really recommend.

Compared to other Afro-Caribbean restaurants, in terms of food quality, price, quantity, taste and customer service, Yaboos Kitchen is unmatched in my experience here in the UK. For several months, I ordered food from Yaboos Kitchen for domestic consumption. The frequency of the order increased based on our personal experience and stellar reviews from visitors who tended to take ‘extras’ with them. People particularly commented on the Puff Puffs being super soft and having negligible oil and sugar. The positive reviews prompted us to enlist Yaboos Kitchen to cook a range of dishes for a big birthday party we were. The reviews from the party guests were nothing short of exceptional. What’s more is we got complimentary food items from Yaboos Kitchen as a gesture of goodwill, free of charge. If you are seeking great tasting food, either for large events or personal consumption, at competitive prices, look no further than Yaboos Kitchen.

We had breakfast here and the food was very tasty. We had a mixture of traditional breakfast foods and pancakes. The portion sizes were generous and the prices are good value for money. The scrambled eggs on toast is huge! The eggs were lovely and fluffy. The staff were talkative, individually complemented the children and were very friendly. Would definitely visit again.

Pleasantly suprised from my visits. Excellent food worthy of any restaurant. WiFi is available First the slightly less good, the 'facilities' (WC) are basic, unheated and you have to go outdoors - but they were clean and well maintained. The outside looks like a typical local cafe/ greasy spoon, and while they do seem to have those items in popular demand I thought I would step outside the appearance when I saw smashed avocado and poached egg on the menu. The avocado was perfect in consistancy and the poached egg was cooked as well as any I have had at double the price. The proportions of side to main was just about perfect. On my return trip I stepped even further and risked the Egg Royal, the smoked salmon was plentiful and fresh, the poached eggs were once again perfect and the hollandaise sauce was delicately flavoured and pleasantly warmed. All in all I will be coming back here anytime I need to visit the town, food is excellent, service is prompt, pleasant, and not intrusive. Prices are low for the quality of the food.

Lovely food, lovely people. The only criticism I would give is that maybe bring the sauces out 1st, so your food doesn't cool quite so much. Other than that, perfect.

A fantastic country pub in a lovely, quiet, village location. The Fruiterers has a nice recently refurbished restaurant which serves up some pretty tasty food. Staff are all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It has a nice beer garden for the summer and warm, cosy fires for the winter. There is normally some music playing in the background and it has a good atmosphere. Now, under new management, The Fruiterers is now even better than ever, the pub has a proper village pub feel about it again. The beer garden is perfect for the summer with plenty of benches and it also has some pretty cool sheds/cabins you can sit in for added privacy or for a bit of shade. Highly recommended. Update. Returned recently and had a fantastic fish and chips, which was massive and super tasty. The staff and locals are all so friendly and welcoming it is definitely worth a visit.

It’s been great coming in here. Never came in here for 20 something years until this place improved. Best owners. Lovely food tastes proper. Beer tastes lovely. Nice coke. Reasonable priced crisps. Darts, comfy, warm and out the way of all the loud places.

After a walk with the dog decided to stop at the pub i had heard so much about. All remarks about the place were not exaggerated. Food was lovely, well cooked and presented and plenty of it. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Will definitely return

Very good value set lunch. I had the calamari to start with, which were huge with a lovely panko breading (there were three, but I'd already eaten one before taking the photo). For main, I had the adana kebab which was very tasty and perfectly complemented with their bread, chilli sauce and garlic sauce. I must also call out the service too which was excellent. Will definitely be back!

So we decided to visit this restaurant after hearing rave reviews in the local newspaper, and the reviews where correct! We had a table reserved for 13:30 in a Saturday afternoon, when we turned up we where greeted by a very attentive staff member that showed us to our table, we where shown to a lovely booth in the window , We opted for a chicken shish and a Turkish pizza, which neither of us had tried before , Before our mains turned up the waiter brought over complimentary bread, large salad and dips, what a nice surprise! Out mains where amazing, super tasty and well presented, one of the best chicken shish I have had! Once we had finished our mains we had two pieces of baklava, which we where informed was homemade and it tasted it , amazing. We will definitely be coming back in the week to try the lunch menu, all in all an amazing Turkish restaurant with attentive staff, Well done Cinar Kitchen 👍😀

We stopped here for lunch today after messy pups play cafe. Really delicious lunch and such good value. £10.90 for two courses! Starters served with fresh salad, bread and sauces! The best calamari that I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot! Amazing service from Sait! Would definitely recommend and would come back next time I’m in Sittingbourne! Thank you!

We have visited the inn three times now and very much enjoyed each visit. The staff are hard working, friendly and attentive. It is obvious that they want customers to be happy. The food is very good. There is a varied menu with reasonable prices. There is also a wide range of drinks. The inn was recently refurbished to a high standard. The staff maintain that standard with the decor and presentation being very good indeed. We will be back!

A lovely cozy place. Staff are really friendly and inviting. She made made sure she was aware we was waiting while pulling pints. The pub itself is well looked after with facilities very clean and tidy. Nice ambiance within. There is a climbing frame for the little ones with a well manicured beer garden

What a beautiful place this is , it's decorated so homely every where you looked there was something to see. We visited for a birthday celebration .and there was at least 20 of us some with small children. They have a great outdoor eating area plenty of parking round the back and disabled parking at the front. The prices were fantastic and the food was outstanding. They have a large selection of food and special menus which have vegetarian options. They made adaptions to some of the food for the some of the guest with allergies.. We had a large room for our sitting. The staff did such an amazing job when it came to split g the bill they made it easy to do that. We got to experience it all as it was such a sunny day. Also by the car park at the back there was this beautiful field with horses. Not sure what it's called but such an added bonus to this business as a surrounding area The children were so happy there which is something great if your eating out with children. As I am writing this I am still thinking about the food. 💯 Recommend you visit this place. Thanks for making it a lovely day an a huge thanks to all the staff who worked so hard

Had an amazing lunch. Crispy pork belly with pea shoots, bubble and squeak with a cider sauce and apple pearls! Was quite costly at £17.95 but well worth it. The pork just melted and the sauce and apple was so delicious. Bubble and squeak a bit bland but still good. Would highly recommended.

It is my local pub and I am glad it is. The food here is delicious and the Sunday roast is amazing. I highly recommend it. All the staff are very nice and the tables outside are very nice to sit on in the sun Inside the atmosphere is lovely. The parrot is also very cute. Overall I highly recommend coming here.

Found this lovely pub today. The landlord was very welcoming and the waitress so friendly. After having a difficult choice to make as the menu was so tempting. I decided on the liver and bacon which was absolutely delicious. Creamy mash and tasty onions. My friend went for the lamb and mint pie which she said that she couldn’t fault. A lovey fire burning and a cosy atmosphere. Will definitely be back if I can find it again. Thank you.

Consistently delicious English classic dishes with great beer options in a great setting. Both Bangers & mash and steak & ale pie are highly recommended. Try to come here at least once when visiting my wife’s family in Kent.

Had the best time here today for my baby shower, the service was very friendly, the food came out so quickly for a big table of over 20 ppl and it was absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend coming here! Everyone loved it!!

We regularly visit Ephesus to enjoy a decent quiet meal with and without the kids. The owners are a lovely couple who make you feel so welcome and not rushed like other local restaurants. The food has always been to a real high standard so we always recommend dining here. We have booked here a couple of times for birthdays with a larger group and never had any complaints and my family can be quiet fussy. This year I decided to book for Christmas Day dinner for 24 of us. It can be a concern as you want everything to go perfect and with everyone liking there dinner cooked differently I didn’t want anyone to wish they hadn’t joined us as a couple of the family members were unsure on coming as they like their Christmas dinner at home their way, BUT it could not have been any better. With Christmas crackers on the tables and plenty of options for starters, main and desert for the 3 course meal. Some chose the traditional Turkey roast, some had sirloin steak, mixed grill and some had vegetable moussaka. All cooked perfectly. I don’t remember anyone leaving any of there meals (maybe the kids due to the generous size portions). IT WAS AMAZING. Thank you so much for a wonderful Christmas Day.

Been few times now, loved every visit. The exceptional service, great food, the chilled atmosphere, and comfy furniture make this a great asset locally. I have been meaning to write a review but keep forgetting. The owners deserve the rewards, they work so hard and are so professional. I have booked our next visit. If you haven't tried this place do not leave it too long.

Fantastic food and good prices. The host / owner was very lovely and accommodating, the service was exceptional and stood out to the both of us very much, all day we were saying how great the service was. Atmosphere was chilled, comfy furniture, and very well made cocktails. Overall a 10/10 for Sittingbourne.

Ate here during an overnight stay in Lynsted, what a great pub! The food was excellent (they even provided a special menu for me as I have a restrictive diet) and the service was perfect.

After a long walk, stopped off for lunch and a few drinks. Friendly staff, good range of drinks, including Heineken! Not seen that in many places around the area. Food was good portions and good quality. Good size garden area, so looking forward to going back when it's a bit warmer. Highly recommended for drinks, food and relaxing.

Lovely pub. Friendly staff. Clean tidy, and ladies was very clean. Was only a couple of old boys sat at the bar. One did f and Jeff a bit. Starters: I had the broccoli and Stilton soup was thick just how I like it, perfect, very filling, the other half had halloumi fries that came with a salad. He really enjoyed his. Both had roast dinner, one beef one chicken, cooked to perfection. Was very full do didn't have a pudding. Will return.
