Super all day breakfast and cheap. boyfriend and i got a breakfast each a milkshake for me and latte for him and absolutely no complaints. staff could have had a smile but it was probably a couple hours into their shift so understandable. Hopefully will visit again

Really lovely spot to grab a bite. Yummy food and coffee, and nice staff. They don't have loads of vegan options, but what they do have is delicious and you can tell they've put a lot of thought into it. I like to go with my friends and family who aren't vegan, as it means everyone has a good selection. 10/10 vegan breakfast!

First time visiting Bakers, and I rely was wowed when walking in!! 🤩. Have previously called in this place many years ago when it was a hand shop, least to stay, it's come a long way since then!!. The new owners have certainly put in a lot of work, creating a new modern and trendy place.!!! The layout and design rely dose compliment the building!!. We call in on the off chance whilst out on a walk around Egerton. The staff were more than happy to accommodate use, seating use in one the of the booth to the front building. The staff were brilliant!! Drink arrived fast, an as quick as we ordered our meals, food was arriving 😋... must admit we were spoilt for choice at first!! There is a great selection of dishes on offer.!!! We opted for the goats cheese 🧀 starter an also the halloumi, and both were seriously scrummy!!! Deffo one for those who like a cheese fix 🤤.. For main we had the Italian chicken gnocchi & also a burger an fries, both dishes were generous in portion an rely nice!! The burger was certainly a challenge, rap ya mouth round!! Massive 🍔😋.. Deffently be returning to try out some other dishes an would certainly recommend to family an friends. !!! 🤩🤩🤩

Our first time visiting here and it definitely won't be our last. Such a lovely restaurant with beautiful decor and friendly staff. Myeel who seated us upon arrival and served us throughout our meal was very attentive and accomodating and gave us great recommendations of the restaurants best sellers. We ordered the Tawa grill for 3, poppadoms with spice tray, blue lagoon mocktail, pineapple mocktail, 2x j2o, brownie with ice cream, kheer and moroccan tea. Everything was presented well and tasted amazing. Spice level was perfect and food was very tasty and flavourful. Myeel checked on us regularly throughout our meal and made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. Great service. We will definitely be back again soon!

Had a great experience at Jaan’s in Bolton! The food was absolutely delicious—full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The menu has a great variety, from traditional curries to grilled dishes, and everything we tried was top-notch. The service was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and quick. The restaurant itself has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great spot for a meal with family or friends. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon!

We got a variety of things, the best were the chicken steak, lamb chops and kebabs, we also got the chicken Parmesan but wasn’t that fond of it, we did eat the Parmesan with the mash n sauce the steak came with and then was eatable. We got the loaded fries, personally was a no from us. The service was very quick and the waiters that day were fab. Both downstairs and upstairs was extremely clean and nice.

Great pub/restaurant with great choice of beers and lovely food. Proper cooked food, none of the usual frozen rubbish some places churn out! Pet friendly area, too, for dining or just calling in for a pint or two!

Went for Sunday lunch but I couldn’t resist the suet pudding, chips and seasonal veg. It was amazing. Not the traditional shaped pudding, came in an oval dish and it was just the best. Loads of soft beef and rich gravy. The chips are homemade chunky chips and are fantastic and the veg was well cooked. Everything piping hot. My husband had the beef Sunday lunch and enjoyed it but I do not regret my choice. I keep thinking about that pudding!!

8 of us went for food last night. The food was absolutely amazing! I got the chicken dish and omg! The best food I have ever tasted! Compliments to the chef! My friend didn’t eat much of her fish pie, not because she didn’t like it but she’s on the weight injections, after the waitress had taken all our empty plates she came back to the table collecting more plates and said the chef had asked if there was any problem with the fish pie. We all thought this was really good as the chef is taking an interest on people enjoying the food! Loved that! Waitress was also a little star. No one ever went without drinks and no problems with the food order. All very fresh. I never have 3 courses on a meal and was full to the brim after main meal but we all enjoyed the food that much that we just had to try the deserts too! So we shared a few. Atmosphere nice and chilled. And not too pricey. Would highly recommend and will be returning. Thank-you to all your staff for a pleasant evening.

Veg pie and mash was okay. Mash was a bit bland with extra charge for gravy. Desserts were good and seemed to be freshly made. We felt a bit rushed even though we'd been given a time slot, but then moved to another table

We booked a table here on New Year's Day for four adults and a baby. We had good service, and the food was tasty. The deserts are on the small size, and overall, it is a bit pricey. We were given a booth and felt relaxed. The waiter was friendly and obliging.

Visited 29/04/2024, at lunch time parking was available in the limited spots at front of the building. Go in and there is the restaurant part to the right as you go in. The seabass on the potato dauphinois and green beans was very tasty, the side of salt and pepper chips was also nice. Food came quickly and both the staff looking after the group were very attentive and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went for food with my kids 18, 14 and I'm 53, initially walking through the main front door such a charming very inviting warming clean and friendly atmosphere we had 3 drinks which are faily priced we had mains which where Farmhouse Chicken Tikka Masala/10.99 came with rice chips nan bread poppadom mango chuckney, Curried Chicken Skewer 9.79 chips curry sauce rice nan bread Fully Loaded Chicken Strips 9.49 chips sweet and sour sauce naco sauce The meal came in under 20 mins Plates where fully loaded with piping hot food and friendly staff. My daughter had the chicken tikka masala the only thing she mentioned that the chicken was a little dry and stringymy son had fully loaded chicken strips he cleared the plate so quickly and he said definitely have that again, I had the curry chicken skewers fantastic flavours crispy moist chicken and plenty of curry sauce fantastic value for money we was all full and satisfied didn't need deserts, the cakes are all shown in a inviting cabinet so is the ice cream, all in all think a return visit would be in order, their are plenty of choices on the menus and a good selection vegetarian food well done superb meal

I think with the buffet breakfast you get good value for what is on offer and how much you can have. Once you've handed the slip over you can serve yourself and can make as much toast as you like. You can upgrade your meal to include unlimited tea and coffee which is always easy on hand. A pleasant experience as it wasn't too busy for a Sunday morning and had nice chilled music in the background.

Delicious burger! Highly recommend. The place looks very nice and the bar-mans are nice. Good meat, good additives and very nice fries. The Service was rude and not nice. that was the only bad thing about this place but it's easy to fix. But the food is amazing. The best burger in Bolton.

Popped in for lunch. Not busy which was good. Service was friendly and prompt. The menu has a wide choice and we chose dirty fries. The portions were large, tasty and nicely presented. Think we will go for the 2 for £15 next time! My only negative is that the dining area seemed cold. We weren't sitting near the door. A friend who visited last week made the same comment.

Last minute decision to visit here was not a wasted opportunity, I thoroughly enjoyed the small plates of food and the cocktails really hit the spot when they are prepared properly. Will definitely be going back for more of the same.

Stayed here last night, used a buy a gift voucher. When booking online it only let you book if you paid the extra £24 for breakfast so bear this in mind when booking with vouchers. Check in was quick. We were in the courtyard rooms. Clean and spacious but do need updating, especially the bathroom, mould around the shower screen and cracked woodwork. Bed was huge but a bit hard for my liking but comfy enough. Room was fine for a night or two, everything you need. The thermal spa and pool was really lovely, tho you do have to book a slot and I'd advise doing this prior to arriving. Was a lovely addition to the stay. Breakfast was good, service was prompt. Choice of continental options but can also order a hot option. Very tasty and served quickly. Overall, a nice stay.

Really great service at Ciao Baby. Waiting on staff were really friendly, polite, and very attentive, making sure our drinks were always topped up. Food was excellent and great atmosphere.

Really great, went for lunch with my husband. He had the fillet of steak and ribs for starters and I had goats cheese to start, caprese salad for main. Both were delicious! Atmosphere was lovely and waiting staff were great- would recommend.

I can't recommend enough. We were there last night for my father's birthday. He had a fantastic night. Out of the six meals between us. Not one of us could find fault them. So much so that nothing was left on any of the plates. The food was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. We will definitely be back.

Recently visited Ciao Baby after hearing good things, an honneslty couldn't agree more after our visit.!! 🤩🤩 It's probably a few years since I've last been, and this place has certainly changed!! Upon walking in, you are met with a rather modern theme interior with hanging vines/ trellises, modern lighting, and live fires, giving the place rather interment an cosy vibe. Giving the feeling you're on an Italian terrace🇮🇹🪴🍃 The staff are amazing!! We were met at reception by a bubble team and were quickly seated at our table. The staff were great in taking our drinks & food orders and helped explain a couple of things we were unsure about!! Was a little spoiled for choice as they have a great selection of classic Italian dishes on offer with some rather nice sessional specials. Too many choose from!! Food arrived fast and was really nice!! 😋.. Didn't order anything flash or overly fancy, just a classic simple carbonara with some focaccia bread, oils / balsamic.. Was rely rely good!! Wolfed the lot!! 🤤🤤🤤.. the bread was warm and fresh with a good balance of Rosmary & sea salt. The Carbonara was rich and creamy and well balanced 🍝 .. Complemented with a Crisp glass white wine, I could happily of sat there all afternoon getting pissed 😆!!... Least to say was left feeling stuff and satisfied an will deffently be returning!! Highly recommended giving this place a try!! 10/10 from use!! 🇮🇹🍝🍕🍷

We have visited Ewe twice and both times really enjoyed the food. Last night was particularly good and we couldn’t fault anything. We were really happy to see our favourite dessert sticky toffee pudding still on the menu as we had it last year and it’s honestly the best sticky toffee pudding we have ever tried. (Please do not remove this off the menu we will be very sad) The steak was cooked to perfection, cabbage and bacon was lovely and the cauliflower cheese was to die for. Staff all lovely and friendly looking forward to visit again :)

A very decent restaurant. Nice environment. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is great! Definitely gonna visit again! Must try the slow-roasted pork belly. Skip the fats and eat the crispy glazed pork skin together with the lean meat with cranberry sauce and gravy. Yummy 😊

🎄CHRISTMAS DAY AT EWE🎄 I celebrated Christmas with my family at Ewe for my first ever Christmas dinner out, and it was perfect! The team welcomed us warmly, with exceptional service throughout our visit. The venue looked magical, fully decked with festive decor and a stunning Christmas tree. The food was nothing short of amazing. From the fresh prawn cocktail and perfectly prepared beetroot carpaccio to a juicy turkey dinner served with generous portions, every bite impressed. Desserts were an absolute dream, with my chocolate and cherry delice being the perfect sweet finale, creamy and rich. With Santa hats, crackers, and coffee served with homemade mince pies, the festive touches were endless. We rounded out our day sipping Prosecco by the tree after our meal, which was everything I could’ve hoped for.
