New landlady and new chef. Great value steak night on Thursdays, food was lush

The atmosphere was very relaxed and while the main bar isn't that large, it never felt too small. The staff were incredibly friendly and chatty, making me feel welcome during my stay. The food was very well presented and with good portion sizes for the meals. It didn't take very long to make either, leaving time enough for a pint after ordering before getting my meal. Definitely would go back, and would definitely recommend.

Charming little country pub with good food and reasonable prices. Staff were amazing. Dog friendly.

We played skittles there, a very nice friendly village pub. Not sure about their general food menu, but both teams received an excellent post-match chilli-con-carne & chips etc.. 👍👏
