Myself and my neighbour used The Pest Company for a rat problem we had in our terrace houses. I found Neil to be very polite and professional in the house. He conducted his work quickly with no mess at all. He explained everything and was very reassuring in his advice and made it clear he would be available at any point if we needed him. Prices were very competitive and straight forward. I would def recommend this company and use it again in the future. Thank you Neil.

We have been using Copley Pest Control for a few years now and have had a pleasant experience. They are reliable, and trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. I spoke to several companies quoting minimum £120 fixed rate, fully booked for a week at least before they can offer you an appointment. If offered one on the day, no guarantee and they cancel on you. However, WASPMAN were cheapest out there, only company to give you time to listen and explain everything you need to know. Waspan actually fully focused on helping me and were so keen on resolving my wasp issue unlike others just keen on money/deposits. WASPMAN is a family run business with 40years service, can't be beaten on realibility, excellent customer service both Alison and Andrew, price only £65 fixed and guaranteed success all wasps gone in one treatment. Highly recommend ring them up now, you won't be disappointed. I'll be recommending them to all my contacts. Wish Waspman lots of success and wish them all the best for the future. Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. I called MSE Pest control as I had a wasp nest in my shed. I phoned at 6pm and they were at my address by 9am the following day. Mark gave us an excellent professional service. He is extremely knowledgeable and a member of all the industries governing bodies. David and Katie came out promptly, identified the rodent issue and put measures in place to resolve, along with weekly visits until we were pest free. Also recommended preventative measures to stop repeat events along with a contact that helped us put those in place saving future hassle and cost. Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

Brilliant service when I had squirrels in my loft, came out quickly and revisited at short notice twice when the squirrels were trapped as we were going away. Now we're squirrel free and at a reasonable and transparent price. I'd highly recommend them.
