I had seen one running crossing the bathroom one night. Was so scared and tried the mice trap with no luck. Called Ola and he came out the next day. Super helpful. Laid the mice trap... came back a week later. He caught 6. The mouse trap well hidden and dod not smell. He was able to locate the hole and helped me close it. Since then nothing. Forever grateful . Would recommend to anyone.

Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. My sister and I were extremely distressed when we noticed mouse droppings throughout our rented flat after some time away, and after contacting Bon Accord, we had an appointment with Gabriel as soon as suited us. Absolutely impressed with the service provided and genuinely couldn't have asked for a better service. We had an initial issue of mice running around and discovered we had quite a few holes around the house but managed to find the main hole the mice initially came in and out of. There was an initial consultation where the team had covered the holes but we found that the mice had been biting through the very next day which wasn't a problem because the team had come again, and sealed up the hole and surrounding areas, which was a great sign as the mice had died from eating the sealant used to cover the holes. The team had given us many tips for future-proofing such as traps to use, areas to keep an eye on and signs of mice droppings. Would 100% use the service again and ask for assistance as we've managed to get rid of our mice! Thanks again team!

We had an issue with bedbugs in our flat in Bethnal Green. Sahid came out the next day and dealt with the issue swiftly, returning for free around a week later when a few of the bugs came back. I really appreciated Sahid's targeted approach, taking his time to locate the nest and exterminate, rather than fumigating the entire flat (as other pest control people were recommending). We managed to avoid washing all our fabrics unnecessarily and so far have been bug free. Sahid was really friendly, offered good advice, and was very knowledgeable. I had a problem with squirrels in the loft, Smart Pest Control sent Ozzy to investigate the problem. Ozzy a nice friendly guy who investigated and plugged two holes. The squirrels still got in. I contacted the firm and they sent Ozzy, this time we found how they were getting in. He plugged the hole and there have been no squirrels now for 4 weeks.
