Because of their mutual understanding, the issue was quickly identified and fixed, all the while attempting to keep expenses as low as possible for me as the client. Every organisation needs a Motasim who is really enthusiastic about his work, goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and always has a warm, welcoming smile on his face. Motasim made scheduling follow-up sessions simple and was willing to accommodate my schedule. He also kept Mahfooz, the original surveyor, informed, which made things easier for me, and he promptly fixed my problems, all of which I truly appreciate.

On Sunday, I gave them a call regarding a mouse problem. They were really helpful, kind, and professional. The same day, Motasim showed up. He was incredibly kind, inspected my land, took pictures, and set the bait. I've just seen it on Sunday, but the mice haven't shown any more activity. In three and a half weeks, Motasim will conduct a follow-up inspection. He was really helpful in calming me and my girls and responding to all of my queries. He pointed out areas of entrance and provided additional guidance on how to close the gaps left by the treatment. Excellent value for the money; I heartily endorse them. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. They not only caught, killed and removed the rat - they then rodent-proofed my home. All done in a calm, kind and clean manner. Top-notch service! And very reassuring with it.

We saw a mouse running around about 4 weeks ago, Mohammed came over put down some bait and provided us with an extensive report with all the holes. He came back and filled the holes today and we haven't seen anything since. Great service, very knowledgeable and very thorough! Would recommend him to anyone.

Mohammed is a hardworking professional, checking places I could not have even thought of! He explained the behaviour of mice, which was very helpful and I saw positive results after the first visit.

Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)
