His initial advice was that we should wait and monitor for a while, since it was possible that the problem had resolved itself. Always a positive sign when someone who is in a position to easily sell you their services doesn't do so. As it turned out, the issue continued and so we enlisted Dan's help. His pricing and working methods are transparent and fair to the client. In the end, several visits were required to fully resolve the problem, but Dan made it clear that he was perfectly happy to do this and that it was all included in the initial cost. Dan is very easy to deal with. His approach combines a great deal of knowledge and experience with common sense, patience and pragmatism - and good humour. We're very happy that we called Dan and would definitely use his services again.
