I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. They have great customer service as well and are very responsive and happy to answer any questions! The whole experience was way less stressful thanks to their team :)

The service provided by this company is just exceptional. They didn't want to know that the pest control companies in my area couldn't even bother to return my calls. We were lucky to have MIR as our technician. Forty minutes before his arrival, he called to let me know he was on his way. Mir is a really kind and professional man who is getting ready for anything that can happen while he destroys wasp nests. In an effort to prevent a new invasion, he is also disseminating fascinating and crucial information about wasps and their behaviours. I cannot recommend Simply the pest enough, Lee and Joe have both been so professional, kind and considerate to my elderly mum who had a very persistent rat in her house, nothing has been to much trouble for them, they have come out several times and very promptly, they have gone above and beyond to make her feel confident in what they have done and they are so reasonable with their prices. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. Having to consider anti pigeon netting for my small 4th floor balcony I was dreading the search for a reliable trader. I saw a Pest Piper van parked near me and decided to try them first. I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision. The installation was done quickly and well despite some small issues, the finishing touches were completed soon after and there was no urgency to pay before full completion! Thank goodness I used this company!! Well worth the investment in getting a job done properly in the first place. We had an infestation of rats in our property having had some recent renovation works and over the counter traps/baits are just useless. So many cowboy companies about too. Matthew was very knowledgable and thorough in his survey and am please to say that within a week, the problem has been resolved.
