I was really pleased with the service provided by JPW Door & Lock Services. Jason came out straight away the same day that I phoned up and changed the locks there and then. He was really friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend using his efficient services.

Jason was super helpful in identifying the issue with a broken window lock. He came prepared with a replacement handle which he installed in no time at all. He was also able to fix the front door which was not closing properly, something that I sprung upon him last minute and was more than happy to resolve. Would highly recommend his services!

Cannot recommend more! Took our young child & dog out to play in the snow and lost our keys. On a day where the town was staying at home due to heavy snow, two members of the team came out in the snow to ensure we could get into our house. They were fast, skilled and got us back into our home as quickly as they could. The men were friendly and determined to get us into our house and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were, especially on a Sunday and when travelling in poor weather conditions. Called Mark at 5pm monday evening after I had removed the old cylinder lock from the front but couldn't get the new one to fit. Then couldn't get the old lock back in either, so big problem! Mark talked me through a couple of options for free (!) but I still couldn't get either lock to fit, so Mark sent an engineer and it was all sorted within 2 hours. Excellent service! Thanks Mark.

I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. Amazing service. Our little boy was locked in his bedroom door and the mechanism in the door was shredded. Mark attended within 5mins at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night and had the door open and a replacement lock in place by 8:30pm. Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

Arrived within the hour to unlock my car after I'd stupidly managed to lock my car keys in my car along with my phone and purse. It took the locksmith no more the 2 minute to open the door without any damage to the lock. I'm hoping to never need this service again but if I do I'd 100% be phoning these guys up again.
