Rick and his team, absolutely brilliant response, I couldnt lock our only exit door when leaving the house this morning, the key wouldn't come out, he responded to my call just after 8am, he explained the problem, gave me the two options to fix and said he could get to me the same day, he rang about 40 mins ago to say that he could get here earlier, what a brilliant service, quick, speedy, responsive service. I had an issue with a door wasn’t sure if it was the lock or the door mechanism. Rang on the off chance to see if they could come out. The did. Said would be there within 30mins indeed they were. They sorted the issue and all back to normal use. Very reasonably priced. Would use again.
