We were unable to lock our front door but fortunately found Nick online. He abandoned his dog walk for us and arrived within 45 mins. He knew exactly what the problem was and had a replacement lock in his van, which was a great relief to us. He's also a very nice man! Would definitely recommend his service. Veronica.

Nick from Dr Lock, "Amazing Lock Repair" Nick did an amazing job, he changed my main lock as it had broken, he even managed to fix a key that was broken on my Yale lock (which I hadn’t used for years), he was very efficient in cutting a new key and restoring that additional lock, which adds that additional security to my house. He answered the telephone call straight away, and came when he advised he would. - He went above and beyond with his service offer, he is reliable character with a. 5* service. My front door wasn’t locking. Billy asked me lots of questions over the phone and gave me his initial thoughts. He arrived promptly the next day as arranged, sorted the problem out quickly and gave advice on future usage. He even realigned the bolt on my garden gate for me while he was here! Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. A truly professional Master Locksmith, efficient, helpful and polite - as the price was so low he will be highly recommended to our many landlord friends who need a quality service at a very reasonable price. I attended the shutter course in August and it was everything you want a course to be. Hands on learning, encouraged to ask questions and leaving the class feeling like you can’t wait to attend a shutter job. After having keys ‘go missing’ from the house was quite unsure on who to go to in regards to changing the locks , I shopped around 5/6 company’s and after speaking to mark I told him the budget he offered the cheapest around making sure not to skint me too , sent my address (Marple) turned up within half an hour on a BANK HOLIDAY too two locks changed 5 keys for each took around an hour from what was a quite stressful ordeal to one of the best interactions I’ve had with any company , Absolutely Superb , cannot praise this guy enough and you can tell it’s something he is proud of and 100% should be absolutely Fantastic! - here within the hour -cheapest quote - pleasant experience -on a bank holiday Monday -plenty of spares and a year guarantee -easy payment cash / Card /transfer USE THIS BUSINESS 👍

Brilliant response time to a ‘locked myself out’ distress call. Whilst I was extremely stressed (had to leave him to pick my dog up from the groomers) he stayed calm and working. All sorted via drilling old lock and fitting a new one, within an hour: perfect!
