Left it a few days before job completed, very happy as door multipoint jammed. Neil came on time unlocked door replace part and Alignment of door so fits like a sock. Quoted between x and x amount via telephone he could have charged higher amount but charged the lower figure, after having a chat whilst Neil was working his craft can honestly say he is a genuine and fair person. Was originally recommended by another trades man Dave 👍
Our Barn door to the rear wouldn't open and we needed extra keys to the front door. Neil was very helpful, he had the keys cut, he was polite and quick to respond and even had a handle to hand to fix the door on the day.
Neil provided fantastic service picking our lock and cutting additional keys when we'd locked ourselves out. He came promptly, didn't take long to work, and charged a reasonable price. Could not fault him one bit, would recommend him to everyone
Neil helped us as our key was getting stuck in the lock and not moving (on the outside), so risking us getting locked out.
Neil came out really quickly, and resolved the issue quickly and it hasn't re-occured.
