Very fast response & fuss-free efficient service to replace a handle and adjust an external door. Definitely recommended
Had to call out an emergency locksmith during a weekend evening due to the operating mechanism in my upvc door failing which prevented it from locking. After attempting to contact a number of local 24 hr locksmiths who would not answer their phones I decided to try Lowton Locks.
I must say that I was not disappointed when the owner Kelvin answered the phone immediately and said he would attend within the hour.
Very friendly chap who quickly made a temporary repair to the mechanism which allowed the door to be locked
The gearbox in the mechanism had failed which required a new one and he promised to return Monday morning to fit a new part.
Again not disappointed as he returned punctually as stated , replaced the gearbox and carried out adjustments to the hinges. The door now works better than it did when new and overall I was very pleased with the level of service.
Quick & Friendly service, would highly recommend! I had an issue with my PVC patio doors, he was around the next morning and had it fixed in no time and at a fair price!
