I have used Steve for many years. Always returns telephone calls, turns up at the agreed time, explains what needs to be done and completes the work without fuss. Have recommended numerous times.

We have used SMD (Steve!) electrical services on several occasions over the past few years for both internal work (installing sockets, switches, light fittings, circuit integrity check) and outdoor work ( renewing patio lights, garden cabling, driveway and security lights). He is always very helpful with advice, friendly and professional and provides work of the highest standard at competitive rates. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and will certainly use him again in the future.

We used Shales electrical to replace our out of date board, to install an extractor fan, replace some broken sockets and introduce an ethernet cable to the upstairs of our house. Tom went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the service. No task was too much for him and he was professional and efficient. He sourced all of the equipment ahead of time and the whole process was very easy for us.

First time I have used Phil's services and hopefully not the last. I would be happy to use him again and to recommend him to others. I found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced, friendly and helpful and also very quick and efficient. He was also the most neat and tidy workman I have ever had in the house! Usually I have to spend some time clearing up after a job has been finished but Phil cleared up brilliantly and took all the detritus away with him.
