Emma responded promptly to initial request. Max replaced broken light switch, set up two new carbon monoxide alarms, and replaced three out-of-date smoke alarms, all in one visit. As an oldie on my own, I now feel safer! Nice people, treat you as a valued client. Highly recommend.

Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home. I phoned 10 from various advertised sites and only 2 answered my call; one could start in 2 months time whilst the only other one actually arrived 2 days later. He (Max) was very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. The jobs were finished later that day with a final invoice that was most reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.

Tripped Out Electrical provided an excellent service for the scope of work; new consumer unit with RCBOs, new / upgraded sockets throughout and new interlinked smoke & heat alarms. Samsun and his team did the electrics for our loft extension. Samsun was great - he came on site at the beginning and helped us worked out where plugs and lights should go. He came back to check on progress and kept in touch throughout the process. His guys, especially Kieran, were great. Really professional, respectful and very easy to work with. We asked Samsun to help us with an extra very small job ages after the loft was finished and Kieran came out the next week and fixed it immediately. My wife and I recently undertook a full house renovation on our cottage in Weybridge and SG Electrical oversaw absolutely everything related to the electrics. This included a full rewire of the house but also the installation of CAT-6 data cables and access points to improve the home Wi-Fi and a smart home heating system. From first meeting with them, they took us through the whole home advising on where best to place sockets and switches and their expertise was obvious from this point. I chose Bramley Electrical because they are a small, well-established, family business with a good reputation. I wasn't disappointed. Owner Matt did several jobs for me including repairing my spot lighting, putting up a chandelier and removing an unsafe wall light. He was polite, friendly and helpful, taking the time to discuss different options with me and even did little extras, like taking down an old smoke alarm from my high ceiling. It's so refreshing to find a tradesman who is punctual (I even got a courtesy text confirming Matt was on his way). He left my house clean and tidy - I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I would have no hesitation in recommending Bramley Electrical.

Samar provided an excellent service from the initial enquiry, the question and quote stage, and on the day of installation. Samar remained on site from installing the EV charger right through to ensuring it was recognised by the HIVE app. He didn’t leave the site until the charger was useable which involved contacting HIVE multiple times and logging into the laptop to manage the options and set up. Samar also made a very neat job of both the inside electrics as well as on the exterior, avoiding any visible wires. This was much appreciated as this would have shown on the white render. All paperwork and certificates followed through on the same day. I couldn’t recommend Samar more highly.

In all my years engaging with electrical and plumbing engineers - I have never been so impressed. Stephen was an emergency call out, from the moment he spoke to arriving (under 30mnts on a Sunday); got the job done, and delivered an outstanding result. Everything else around the service was 5 star - personality, directness, very polite, and even wore shoe protectors when he walked in the door - he dealt with it like he would deal with his own home. HIGHLY recommend him/them.

Steven was amazing! Called the number at 5pm on a Friday night, after putting up a shelf myself and causing a power cut! Clearly drilled through a wire just before the weekend... Typical! Within the hour Steven was at the house and had the job finished by 7pm! We needed some sockets and lighting fitted outside and decided to do some research on local electricians. We found John's website simple and easy to get in contact. I initially described the job to John over the phone and he managed to give me a rough quote immediately with a follow up site inspection the very next day. John then attended a week later and completed the installation. I was very impressed with Johns methodical, attention to detail and professional work ethic ensuring the job was completed to the highest standard. I called John when I had a power failure and he was round an hour later. Located and fixed the fault very quickly. I then asked him to replace some old sockets, light switches and outside P.I.R lights which was all done the next day. Very reliable and I would highly recommend.
