I chose Bramley Electrical because they are a small, well-established, family business with a good reputation. I wasn't disappointed. Owner Matt did several jobs for me including repairing my spot lighting, putting up a chandelier and removing an unsafe wall light. He was polite, friendly and helpful, taking the time to discuss different options with me and even did little extras, like taking down an old smoke alarm from my high ceiling. It's so refreshing to find a tradesman who is punctual (I even got a courtesy text confirming Matt was on his way). He left my house clean and tidy - I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I would have no hesitation in recommending Bramley Electrical.

We needed some sockets and lighting fitted outside and decided to do some research on local electricians. We found John's website simple and easy to get in contact. I initially described the job to John over the phone and he managed to give me a rough quote immediately with a follow up site inspection the very next day. John then attended a week later and completed the installation. I was very impressed with Johns methodical, attention to detail and professional work ethic ensuring the job was completed to the highest standard. It was clear John took pride in his work ensuring wiring etc were neat and discreet. John was also reasonably priced. Would highly recommend for a trusted electrician. Will definitely use John again and recommend to others.

I called John when I had a power failure and he was round an hour later. Located and fixed the fault very quickly. I then asked him to replace some old sockets, light switches and outside P.I.R lights which was all done the next day. Very reliable and I would highly recommend.

Had Albert and the team from Eminence Electrical Contractors come over to run power up to my garden. It was a fairly long run of about 50m, but once they came to take a look, they advised on the best path an assured me it would be done neatly. Needless to say, they did a great job, and I'm so happy with the result. I also had some additional sockets fitted in the kitchen, and Albert advised me on an alternative idea for the positioning. I went with his suggestion, and was so happy with the result. Overall, a friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy service. Couldn't recommend them enough.

For a business like ourselves that’s been established since 1976 we have used dozens of electrical firms for all sorts of work. From pac testing, to fill re wires and always been left short with satisfaction. Well that’s until we found maclaren electrical and owner connor. The service was better than any we’ve had with any trades that we have used over the years, he went over and beyond what we asked him to do in visit one and since he’s fixed so many things that other companies had clearly poorly done over the years. I couldn’t recommend Connor and his team enough and I’m actually trying to find things I want done electric wise just to get the boys back in as I I’m so impressed with the whole firm and what they provide. Lime Electrical (Greg) installed an airconditioning system for a rental flat. The team were very clean and tidy, responded promptly to queries, and came when they said they would. George arrived and quickly identified and remedied the fault, he also repaired a broken socket and gave some advice on testing. Work was very clean, tidy and efficient. George, Dave and Tyler were involved in the process from the beginning and explained what was needed and the costs. The first day was for electrical testing and fitting a new timer and thermostat. The second and third days were remedial work to obtain an electrical installation certificate. There was a problem with the timer due to the old gravity fed heating system that I have but the problem was explained and a solution found for the problem. All were easy to talk to, polite and helpful.

George and Tyler did an excellent job at replacing our consumer unit and making our old home safe. They were very considerate of my time and the quality of the finished work.

I had the main Fuse box changed and an EV charger installed. SES were professional, friendly and explained the benefits of what was being changed. Very pleased with the outcome. Would definitely recommend them.
