First time I have used Phil's services and hopefully not the last. I would be happy to use him again and to recommend him to others. I found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced, friendly and helpful and also very quick and efficient. He was also the most neat and tidy workman I have ever had in the house! Usually I have to spend some time clearing up after a job has been finished but Phil cleared up brilliantly and took all the detritus away with him.

Luke was great! Came in to do an assessment of what we would need to fix lighting in the kitchen and came up with a simple and affordable solution. Luke did a full rewire of our house after we moved in (he had also done the Electrical Installation Condition Report after we had put the offer in.) The job was done to a very high level and Luke explained what the issues were and the necessary solutions. He and the team were quick (full occupied rewire in less than 3 weeks) yet comprehensive, flexible and professional. They clearly knew what they were doing and I have real confidence in the final result. In addition, our home was left tidy and with minimal disruption. I would have no issues with using Luke again or in recommending him to others.

Matt did a fantastic job for us when our kitchen circuits started tripping. Even though it was his planned day, off, he spent the day with us isolating all the possible options, explaining in layman's terms what he was doing at each step, fixing up problems with external plugs and internal wiring that was arcing through a small dishwasher leak he discovered, and also addressing potential problems with the RCD fuseboard on a return trip. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Embassy Electrics, both for the quality of work and for the calm professionalism with which it is carried out.

Mathew was very thorough in his work. He had to correct mistakes made by previous workman which had been left in a dangerous manner could have been electrocuted or a fire. Mathew was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. I was very impressed by his work. I am now confident that the property is safe. Mathew is also very polite and friendly. Matthew came to our rescue when we moved into our new home and helped us hugely in nearly all rooms. He came over to go through all of the electrics in the home and then advised us as needed on the best options for the lighting that we required. He helped to resolve our fan in the bathroom and changed many of the old spotlights to a better energy saving option. Matthew was brilliant from start to end and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We will certainly call him back if we have any other difficulties in the future.

The work was to install some ceiling downlighters to a bedroom and to enhance the control of three sets of outside lights. Josh arrived as arranged and I used his advice and experience on the best placement of the ceiling lights so that we can use it as a bedroom or an office. The area was sheeted up to contain the dust of overhead drilling and afterwards thoroughly vacuumed and left clean. The outside lights required investigation to establish the existing wiring and working out how to make the adjustment I was after without compromising the flexibility of the existing controls. The work in both areas was completed quickly and efficiently, with minimum disruption, and all the usual off cuts of wire cleared away and the areas left in a clean and tidy state. I have no hesitation in recommending Magnum Electrical - this is the third time I have used them.

Fantastic help to sort out our dysfunctioning electric underfloor heating system; the controls weren't installed properly, and we'd struggled with this for two years. Josh and his partner spent the morning working through the issues and by the process of elimination were able to sort the problem efficiently and quickly. Before and after photos.
