So grateful to James and his team for doing the repairs on my new property. James went out of his way to collect keys at literally the crack of dawn before I headed off to work. He was professional and had such a friendly manner it really made me feel like I was in good hands. The team then did the job in a timely manner, left the place absolutely spotless and even fixed a plug socket for me at no extra cost. Being a lone first time buyer who is clueless about electrics, gas etc I cannot thank James enough for being so friendly and going above and beyond with the job, he even offered to help out with anything else I may need going forward. Excellent service from ALS Electrical. Prompt and reliable response to fixing electrical issues we had following a house move. New consumer unit, heated towel rail, down heater, extractor fan, switches and sockets all replaced by Ben who carried out the works professionally and without delay. Cannot fault the workmanship. 1st class service and would recommend without hesitation.
