Denny came to carry out repairs to my Megaflow heating system and a Bosch boiler service. He was extremely polite and worked quickly and efficiently to expedite the repairs. A towel rail valve was leaking and I mis-directed EHV because the valve assembly looked similar to a radiator one. Nevertheless he contacted another engineer and quickly obtained the correct ones to complete the work. I am more than pleased. Everything is working well again thanks to his expertise. I realise this is how your heating engineer should operate, but in many cases my friends have not had a good experience, being left without hot water for some time.
