We spent a long time researching across many kitchen providers for our "forever" kitchen to be installed in our new extension, and are absolutely delighted with our decision to use Boxhill. John and Ash were fabulous in guiding us through the design and different decisions, and the quality of the workmanship, paint and fitting has exceeded our expectations - beyond value for money. I would thoroughly recommend Boxhill, and have in fact used them again for our bedroom wardrobes, with I think is testament enough.

Luke did an excellent job of fixing a new internal door and realigning another door that was not closing properly. Luke also helped fix a pillar in the porch area as well as mounting security devices in my home. We first encountered Ian some little while back when an oak outer door was jamming. A familiar and fixable problem caused by the elements?. Perhaps: save that, in this instance, Ian's diagnosis was that the underlying issue was the very manner in which the door had been constructed. In next to no time, he'd solved the issue and the door has never given us another minute's trouble. Such that when a similar jamming issue (to do with building settlement) arose recently in relation to a couple of interior doors, we regarded Ian as the go-to carpenter. As before, the work was carried out expertly, promptly and at very fair rates. For good measure, he assembled an item of flat-pack garden furniture which had arrived with damaged but, in the right hands, fixable parts. Did I mention his can-do mentality and the care and attention to leave no trace of a mess behind?. Do yourself a favour: make a note of Ian's number🤙.

Ian has just completed his fourth carpentry job in my home and garden. All have been completed on time, on estimate and are of great quality. Ian is thoroughly professional, comes up with excellent ideas and has all the relevant skills to execute them. I have no hesitation in recommending him as I have already done to friends.

Toby designed and fitted some beautiful cupboards for us. We Have been using them for 6 months now, can tell the quality is good- absolutely no problems. Brilliant communication and also allowed us to change the design (from shaker style to a more traditional finish) at last minute which didn’t affect the final quote.

Toby and his colleague Aaron replaced all of our old internal doors with 13 new oak doors which have transformed the look of our house. Toby was very responsive to questions before the work and was the only provider I asked to quote who responded quickly in fact within 24 hours. He suggested slightly different doors to those I proposed which while of the same quality were slightly cheaper. The work was undertaken in a very professional manner and we are very pleased with the outcome and in fact are considering having further work done by Militao Carpentry. They were happy working round our inquisitive dogs, protected the carpets, cleared up at the end of each day (the work took a week) and were always polite and flexible. I would happily recommend.

We got in touch with Toby having followed his work on social media. We had reached the end of a large renovation project and needed some bespoke carpentry items to fit some quirky spaces - fitted ‘open style’ wardrobes in our dresser maximising space, converting a strange shower cupboard in my daughter’s bedroom into some huge storage cupboards (making good the surrounding area), building corner bookshelves in my husband’s study. And creating a storage unit to hide our TV/Console items! On initial meeting, Toby took time to understand our requirements, creating excellent drawings which brought these to life. I got to select the finish in farrow & ball paint to match our rooms, they look fabulous! The products were made and installed with great efficiency. Toby and his team were perfectionists on site and didn’t complete the project until they/us were 100% happy. We would highly recommend his services.

Jonathan installed some kitchen cupboards and drawers for us that needed replacing. He was professional and friendly and took great pride in his work. He really took the time to make sure everything was perfect and how I wanted it. I would definitely recommend him and am planning to use his company again for another project.

I highly recommend choosing Durabuild for jobs big and small. Since we found them they have carried out all the work on our house and we wouldn’t choose anyone else. They have done major work including an extensive kitchen renovation and fit and a loft conversion, also smaller jobs like replacing all doors and architraves and replacing the banisters on the stairs. Their work is always carried out to and exceptional standard with as little disruption to the household and neighbours as possible. The site is always left clean and tidy and the same can be said for all of the various trades they bring in to complete the job. Ben and Luke have also been a great source of advice while we have considered doing various projects helping us get the best value from their work and enhancement to the property.

Durabuild (Luke and Ben) built a large kitchen extension for us and also rebuilt our utility room and cloakroom. Throughout the project we found Luke and Ben to be highly professional and effective in managing issues and working with our plans. They coordinated a great team of trades around them and were always able to find solutions to issues. They were always punctual and communicated well. They were a pleasure to have in the house during the project, they have a definite "can-do" attitude and the finished build was really great. We have since had them back to fit a new ensuite successfully as a second project and we would be happy to recommend them to anyone contemplating building work.
