Had a brilliant experience here. I got seen to straight away and they had managed to diagnose the issue for my bmw E36 extremely quickly despite other garages not being able to. Very knowledgeable and nice people. I would definitely recommend, great service!.

First time use LB Automotive and I can't recommend them highly enough! I rang them earlier today with concerns about my Mini Countryman, and they kindly offered to fit me in straight away. When I arrived, Lee greeted me warmly and was incredibly friendly and professional. He got to work immediately, thoroughly investigating the issues while I waited. Lee’s expertise was immediately evident, making the entire experience reassuring. Unfortunately, we discovered that my car has reached the end of its life, but Lee’s honest advice on the next steps was invaluable and deeply appreciated. Even after spending time diagnosing the problem, he kindly insisted on not charging me Also as a woman, I've sometimes felt patronised in garages before, but there was absolutely none of that here.
