A genuine trustworthy family team running this excellent place. I’ve had my car for almost a year and it needed a major service. I did book a service with a known brand in the Uk but I didn’t feel I was doing the right thing. I did some research online and found this nice garage near where I live. After cancelling my previous appointment I went to JDM website and it was easy to book online. I still gave a call to clarify things. Jose was really approachable and specific from the outset, confident on his knowledge and skills and made me soon realise I had picked the right place for my loved 420d. Jose showed me around the place and shared common ground, he showed me the MOT station and some engines that were dissasembled, using them to explain certain details about the BMW engine. I booked a taxi to go back home but there were non around the area at that time. Jose offered me a lift and that really made the day as I had a busy schedule that same morning. Hours later he called me confirming everything was done as explained and that I could pick the vehicle that same afternoon. Definetely I made the right choice brining the car to JDM and I am genuinely really pleased with the service and the passion that Jose and the team put into their work. All the best, you deserve it.
