I've been going here for years and have always been satisfied with their service, mechanics are lovely, knowledgeable, and always do a good job, they also do it as fast as possible and keep you in the loop. Unfortunately I had a bad experience after my MOT where I was told to get rid of my car within the year, it's an older car (2002) so it's to be expected that things will go wrong, but my car is my pride and joy and I was more than happy to pay for repairs if needed. As much as it upset me, I understood they're probably helping me long term as it'll cost me money, I took their advice on but planned to get a second opinion as I didn't want to give up on my car, it works really well and it hasn't got any big problems or repairs needed. I was told to get some new shock absorbers asap after my MOT, so I tried to book in to get it done but was turned away and told just to get a new car. I got a second opinion from a recommended mechanic and was reassured I didn't have to get rid of it, but if needed in the future, he would do the repairs for me. I was rather upset as I've always been happy taking my car here, but unfortunately, I will have to go elsewhere as I'm still unsure as to why I was refused. In summery, brilliant mechanics and good service, I just unfortunately had a bad experience.

I was recommended to try this garage by a friend. I'm very glad he did so because Moore Motors is a fabulous no-nonsense garage representing superb value for money. They're obviously passionate about their business.and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
