Needed some bits doing to my Porsche and got recommended these guys by a family friend. Very impressed, the quote was cheaper than elsewhere, pick up and drop off was included (Alex who collected my car was very polite and considerably caring with the car). The staff were very polite and better communicated than any other garage I've used. Also, got some travel sweets with my receipt which brought me back to my childhood, not saying its anything amazing but the little things make a difference. Will always be going back if that's the service I receive. Car knowledge was top tier also.

I've been using MES for a little while now. They are not the closest to me, nor the easiest to get in to, but their service has been wonderful and I certainly intend to continue to use them. Little things. Quoted prices include VAT & labour (and may be over estimates, rather than under - no shocks). Superb valeting. Quick service on collection. Useful follow up comments. All in all I've been more impressed each time I've been. Carry on MES and thank you!

Our Mercedes hybrid wouldn’t start and wouldn’t select gear. The AA came out and tried everything to no avail. Car was recovered to our local garage who were unable to fix it. Car was recovered to MES, who were excellent and professional. They diagnosed the issue as a faulty gearbox control module, sourced a replacement from Mercedes, fitted and tested it, in record time. The team kept me informed throughout and gave me a quote before undertaking the work. The customer service was excellent and the car was valeted and cleaned as well. MES just became our family ‘go to’ garage.
