Shout out to the friendly team at Holmesdale - they fixed a wiper problem for no charge. It was a 5 minutes job but I wasn’t to know that.

Our car broke down on the motorway near Reigate and we managed to crawl to Holmesdale Garage. Richard was absolutely amazing - attended to the car straightaway, took the time to explain to us the reason for the breakdown, and swiftly got the car running and back on the road. As a family, we have used Banstead Road Garage for over 25 years for our numerous cars! The staff are always very approachable and very knowledgeable. Last week we had a problem with one of our cars which needed to be seen to as a matter of urgency. Natalie, at the front desk, advised us to take the car to the garage and both Sam and Mateus sorted the problem out for us there and then. I understand that Mateus has recently joined the staff and what an asset he is! Thank you to Dave and Andy for running such an amazing business which I always recommend to my friends.

I'm so grateful that we've got this garage locally. I've used them for the last nearly nine years and they've always been great at working out the problem and dealing with it efficiently. Really importantly I trust them to be honest about the problems and their charges are really fair. On more than one occasion they haven't charged or have charged a minimum for a minor issue. You don't feel as if they are trying just to make as much money as possible from their customers - but that they are looking after their customers. The communication is really good and I can't speak highly enough of them.

Have been to RMC a few times now and the service is always exceptional. They did not charge for diagnostic testing of an engine light and investigated a clunking sound in my wheel. There was nothing wrong with the wheel and they were upfront with that information. The engine light was also clearly explained to me, investigated for fault and cleared as there was no fault found. They are clearly committed to honesty and customer satisfaction. Prices for work recommended by my usual garage were remarkably reasonable. Great willingness to provide advice on car maintenance and issues. Their friendly demeanor and transparency make every visit a reassuring experience. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service as always, 5 stars isn't enough. I have used RMC for a good few years now for servicing and M.O.T's but on this occasion I had a problem with the alternater. When I brought this car i took out warranty with a third party company and I thought trying to claim anything would be a headache, however, RMC went above and beyond for me, diagnosed the problem, dealt with the warranty company and fixed it in a couple of days, I was updated every step of the way and now I'm back on the road! Top stuff from these guys, keep doing what your doing.

We love Surrey Garage. We've used them for approximately 5 years or so - probably longer. We've found them to be very honest and completely up front with their costings. They even tell you when the car has a bigger issue that may be on the horizon before fixing a minor fault. Last time we put a car in they recommended leaving some work that wasn't an absolute immediate fix - we decided to get it done but we wish we'd actually listened to that advice, as a week later our son wrote his car off! We would highly recommend them and as a family of 5 we have a few cars that regularly are checked over and MOT'd by them and we can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks Surrey Garage if only all mechanics were like you guys!

As a female it can be intimidating bringing your car to a mechanics hearing costly horror stories from people as well as going into a male dominated area but Surrey garage couldn’t be further from this stereotype and am pleased to say myself, sister, brother, father & mother have all had great experiences with them. I just picked up my Renault Kangoo from Three Arch Garage in Redhill, Surrey and am delighted with their service. A warning light had come on and I was well over the mileage when the service should have been done so I was very worried that there would be a big bill. There was not, my battery was just low as I only do very short journeys and the price on the full service was very good also. The young, pleasant receptionist took her time to explain everything to me and I am also impressed by the paperwork where they tick all the boxes of every item that was checked and seen to. The thoroughness of their Technician Ryan is impressive and I am recommending their business to anyone whom has a car! Oh, the reason I didn't go to my usual garage Renault in Croydon was that I had to wait several weeks (3) before it could be seen and I needed it asap, especially as I am going on holiday to Amsterdam with my car soon. Here at this garage they could see me within a few days and it is also not far from my house, so it made sense. I will from now have my car serviced here. Thank you very much!
