First time taking my BMW to Auto Express and so glad I did. I had previously been misdiagnosed by local BMW specialists that used a computer rather than actually looking under the bonnet. The mechanic here diagnosed my problem in minutes and loaned me a temporary part enabling me to continue to drive, booking me in for the rear brakes and the ignition coil that it needed. It was Shelly who gave me immediate confidence to go with this firm with her professionalism and all round helpfulness, regarding quotes and the booking itself. She updated me regarding time span and took the time to show me the state of my old brakes which I appreciated! Very happy customer.
