I cannot praise the staff at Shortfield Garage highly enough. I was driving a 1943 Jeep from London to Normandy to take part in D-Day Commemorations when I developed a problem. The garage was busy, but the staff recognised my situation and fitted the Jeep in straight away. Within a very short time, they had the Jeep back on its way. We made it to and from the Beaches without any further problems. Thank you so much for your time and expertise. I am very grateful.

I contacted Shortfield having seen they were VW specialists as my Tiguan was having issues with the transmission. They were able to give me an approximate costing pretty quickly, had full understanding of the issue and were able to deal with the warranty company without any issue. Very impressed! I called about a problem with my car and despite being fully booked they managed to squeeze in fixing it and I had my car back within 24 hours, very grateful!

We have had all of our cars serviced by Andy and the team at Shortfields for well over 10 years. They have always been fantastic, especially when on a couple of occasions we have run into problems prior to holidays when our cars have been key to whole event.
