Don't be off put by the negative reviews, these guys provide a sound service. I came in a few months back to diagnose an issue with my AC system, they did this free of charge and applied no pressure to get it booked in. They provided me a few options on how to sort it and have given a sound service at a completely reasonable price. If you speak to someone that is more mechanical they will always get an answer before they give you a verdict, which I find very assuring as opposed to off putting. 100% recommended this place !

I had my vehicle ruined by non other than Halfords, I had to get it recovered from my house to JA Auto's. This was my 1st time using these guys, and I was very impressed by them. I received a great service, and the very friendly staff especially John. It's been a nightmare for me, John got my car back on the road even though it was a pain. I was so grateful for his hard work and determination thatvI decided to book it in with him for an MOT next month I would highly recommend using these guys

Amazing service. Friendly and professional mechanics. I needed my wheel bearings checked before going on a long journey. Rang them in the afternoon and dropped the car off the next morning. They had the car up on the ramp, gave it a test drive and handed the car back to me by 08:45. They said the car didn’t have any issues and didn’t try to do any unnecessary work. Full marks for honesty. Oh, and even better, when I asked how much, I got an unexpected reply, “Not a penny!” Thank you so much!!!

Exceptional, had a misfire due to a lead shorting and a broken pipe. The guys there said I could bring it in the next day, they got the parts ordered and fitted the same day and was able to pick it up before close of business at a decent price. My new regular spot for any car issue and would highly recommend.
