The rear parking sensor had disappeared on my wife’s car. I arranged to bring it in for Motest Camberley to have a look. They put it on the ramps and found it was within the bumper, still attached, so they glued it back in place. And then they didn’t charge me anything. So I’m very happy to recommend them.

I took my Mini Cooper for MOT and it failed on a brake pipe and I told them to go ahead with repairs. I left my wheel locking nut at home for them to do the repairs but the mechanic managed to get it fixed without removing the wheel and to my surprise the bill was less than expected. Many thanks to Michelle in reception and the mechanic for getting my mini back on the road.

I called up first thing Monday morning in hope to get my car seen, fully expecting to have a bit of a wait which would be expected. They had agreed to look at it the same morning - confirmed break pads and discs needed changing. I thought that this would take sometime, but they had my car diagnosed and fixed in the same day! Super impressed with the service, great communication, reasonably prices and friendly team. Thank you so much for being so clear and attentive, I highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Engine Warning light appeared on my Jaguar F-Type, searched internet for some information on Jaguar servicing in my area. Great Holland was listed so decided to read reviews. All Reviews seemed to good to be true, believe me the Reviews could not be more accurate. After a quick phone call, Lisa at front desk could not have been more helpful and reassuring. She managed to squeeze my car in almost as soon as i arrived, the guys in the workshop had the car diagnostic equipment fitted instantly to find the fault(s). The checks were taking a short time to process so after being offered tea ,coffee ,water etc I was offered a lift home from another member of the staff. The car was ready for collection within two hours with all faults cleared. By far the best service i have ever had, I would 100% recommend Great Hollands to anyone looking for their car servicing needs attended to. I for one will use them for all my future Servicing and repair needs from now on. Many thanks again to Lisa and the whole team. I am leaving the country in a few days and my Audi a4 Avant decided to go into Limp mode 7 days before my flight. I also needed to sell the car, so with the clock ticking and a busy garage schedule they still managed to fit my car in earlier than initially planned, kept me informed throughout the process and are just really good people. F.A.B Service today from Monty (2nd Manager, very pleasant). My ST150. It went in with-in about 10 mins of me arriving at Bagshot. The two young chaps who fitted the new Kumho Ecsta PS71 front tyres x2 worked as a great team. Also, both very pleasant & more than happy when I asked is it OK for me to watch from the edge of the work shop only, as it is interesting seeing it done. Additionally, they were very careful working round the ST150. 21k miles. Not a single mark on it. One of the chaps even got down on his knees to check on the underside to ensure the trolleys were in a safe place, that was good to see no shortcuts with the Bagshot Team. Cheers A1+. Great price as they did a price match against Formula One Autocentres. What a difference today to find pleasant & helpful staff & one thing with Merityre they will not sell you a new car battery when all it needs is full charge overnight. Popped in on the off chance on Monday morning, was seen to straight away, the problem i was having was not only explained to me the gentleman showed me the parts they where putting in, never had that kind of service anywhere else , the staff are brilliant, very friendly and knowledgeable, excellent customer service, from now on I shall be going here for my car maintenance and will recommend to friends and family. We got a BMW 530e from here on a great price. Car seems very reliable and not damaged at all also I was provided a fully service history of the vehicle. Cole patiently answered all my enquiries and also let me test drive it and see it properly. Also he helped us get the best deal to finance it and when we arrived to pick up the car, it was there cleaned and tidy. I got all the documentation, and everything went very smooth. Nice lads. Had a bonnet that was starting to blister and rust.. Had to be sanded back to bare metal, primed, painted. They did in 2 days. I can’t see any fault whatsoever in the work they’ve done. Not too bad a price, but I don’t know what’s standard for a job like that. Anyway. Very pleased.
