Best mechanic, ever! Chris works on both mine, my partners car and our campervan. He's always trying to save us money and suggest better solutions, honest and open with his pricing, calls us before any big work needs doing, he has never ever let us down. Our battery in the car went one afternoon he ordered us one in, within an hour, we were at his garage getting it fitted. We can always call for advice and he diagnoses quickly, he's never been wrong. We have a mechanic for life!

I've known John for years and have had him service my cars in all that time, never had a problem and makes sense to me to get my car serviced at prices far lower than main dealers. More often than not he'll know more about the problems than mechanics at those main dealers who are usually in their first year of being a mechanic and so don't either have the experience or knowledge. Cant help but think that the person who rated this one star only likes to bear a grudge, he seems to rate almost everything one or two stars so I didn't consider his opinion relevant.

After a potentially serious issue with my cars clutch, John who is clearly extremely knowledgeable booked my car in very quickly on a Saturday morning. The issue was diagnosed within a few minutes, the part ordered which was then fitted as soon as it arrived. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Macs garage is a great local garage, despite being really busy due to the quality of their work they are happy to discuss any problems you might have and find a suitable solution. I have used them for servicing and MOT testing and couldn’t be more pleased at their efficiency and speed. I have just collected my wife’s Mini following a service. I have never used Baileys before and I’m not affiliated to them in any way, but they came highly recommended. I am totally blown away by the customer service, friendly staff, professionalism, quality of work and all at such amazing price point. We were quoted double this price by the nearest official Mini service centre. We also own a Range Rover and when that is serviced by the main dealer that price is simply eye watering. But somehow Baileys manage to offer an almost identical service complete with digital quotes, video vehicle reports from the technician with none of the scare mongering and up selling of services that I’m used to with main dealers. From start to finish the whole experience has been excellent. I just wish I had found this garage years ago. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you.

Highly recommend Baileys. We had booked in to have some work carried out which was we were advised needed carrying out by another garage. Upon checking Baileys informed us that this didn’t need carrying out as of yet. We will definitely be booking in when our brakes do need changing. Very honest.

So impressed! Took my car in super fast. Said they couldn't look at it for about a week. But it was done in half a week! Sent txt messages with the quote and to let me know it was ready.....bit weird not getting a phone call, but when I called them the phone was always answered and any questions answered. Had my car MOT here. Great service with excellent staff. Communication was clear and let me know exactly what work needed doing ( had a fail 🤦‍♀️) The team recommended a local mechanic to get the work done and did a free retest if booked within an appropriate time period. Really happy and very reasonably priced.

Great MOT & full service carried out by a professional & courteous team. My car failed the MOT and on the advice I was able to pay the overall cost over 4 months interest free.

I took my Mini Cooper for MOT and it failed on a brake pipe and I told them to go ahead with repairs. I left my wheel locking nut at home for them to do the repairs but the mechanic managed to get it fixed without removing the wheel and to my surprise the bill was less than expected. Many thanks to Michelle in reception and the mechanic for getting my mini back on the road.

F.A.B Service today from Monty (2nd Manager, very pleasant). My ST150. It went in with-in about 10 mins of me arriving at Bagshot. The two young chaps who fitted the new Kumho Ecsta PS71 front tyres x2 worked as a great team. Also, both very pleasant & more than happy when I asked is it OK for me to watch from the edge of the work shop only, as it is interesting seeing it done. Additionally, they were very careful working round the ST150. 21k miles. Not a single mark on it. One of the chaps even got down on his knees to check on the underside to ensure the trolleys were in a safe place, that was good to see no shortcuts with the Bagshot Team. Cheers A1+. Great price as they did a price match against Formula One Autocentres. What a difference today to find pleasant & helpful staff & one thing with Merityre they will not sell you a new car battery when all it needs is full charge overnight. I took my daughters car in for some much needed TLC. Vince was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue, he talked through a number of things we didn't need to do, didn't try to up sell or add things on. Did the work quickly and the car is in better shape than ever! A really great experience and highly recommend!
