Botleys was the perfect venue and the team at Botleys were crucial for making our wedding such an incredible day. The whole experience was fun and efficient, we were particularly impressed by the online wedding planner which made it so much easier to keep track of all the details - it covers off every single detail you could possibly think of. Particular shout out to Ashley, Megan and Emily for answering our hundreds of questions so promptly and helpfully on the run up to the wedding! And a huge thank you to Maxine, Antonio and Dean for being there on the day and making everything run incredibly smoothly - we had the most amazing time!

Unforgettable Wedding at Botleys Mansion” Trevor and I celebrated our wedding at Botleys Mansion on 12th October 2024, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and the venue’s team truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect. We had over 250 guests, and Botleys Mansion handled every detail with such care and expertise. The planning team was incredibly supportive, guiding us through each stage and always available to answer our questions. They made the entire process feel personal and stress-free, which was invaluable. On the day itself, the Botleys Mansion team was simply amazing. They coordinated every detail flawlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy our celebration without any worries. The venue was breathtaking from our first visit to every subsequent visit. The in house planning tools and support wedding planners included in your package make the whole wedmin and planning process effortless. No question was too stupid. No request was too much. We were able to visit as many times as we liked with ease. The venue is stunning but you have the freedom to make it your own and personalise as much as you like. On the day Dean and Sarah did an exceptional job running around behind the scenes keeping us on time, ensuring those touches we wanted executed happened on time. No request was too much. From looking after a guest who didn't have the best mobility, to making sure that we were fed and hydrated throughout the day. All the guests commented highly on the venue, the staff and the atmosphere. This venue is a luxury venue and with a higher than average price tag but the service from everyone at Botleys was that of super luxury and surpassed all expectations. A big thank you to Paul and Danielle. My daughter had her baby shower earlier this year and in typical form, she does not follow tradition. In this I mean that she is having a baby boy but she has not decorated the nursery in blue and nor did she want much of anything in blue moving forward. This set us a challenge for the baby shower. Her color theme is sage green, mustard yellow and burnt orange. Her best friend and I visited the shop a few weeks ago and Danielle was very helpful and came up with the nearest options they had available during these difficult times of stock shortages they are experiencing, they were almost spot on. We also came away with some cute green baby shower napkins for the cupcakes. We were offered a cup of tea by Paul whilst we had the discussion and were shown various examples and options. On collection last Friday, Paul was very helpful in getting them into the car and sending me on my way with advice on how to store them to ensure they would be at their best for the Sunday. I always go to this shop for my kids birthday balloons! Their balloons last for ages! (literally, I end up having to pop them after a month as they're still bobbing around my house!). They have a great variety of not only balloons but cards, decorations, fancy dress, party bag gifts, bouncy castle hire... the list is endless! If they haven't got something you'll be guaranteed they'll know where to get it! I'm lucky to have this shop in the same village I live in, but even if they weren't I'd happily travel! Parking is really easy and staff really friendly! Highly recommend!

Great service and great quality. These balloons were bought on 30April for my sons birthday on the Sunday. Picture 1 taken on the Sunday so 1 day old. Picture 2 taken today 29.5 and still going strong!!!!

I've used event planners several times before for balloons. Most recently last Saturday for my sons 4th birthday. Large blue 4 helium balloon and several clusters of multi coloured latex helium. Staff understood straight away what I wanted. Arrived at venue on time , very efficient, very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Excellent service, definitely recommend 👌👍🏼
