It was an absolute pleasure to work with Charlotte and Daniel from Bespoke Events London. Charlotte took the time to understand our vision and offered her expert ideas to help finalize the decor for our event. Everything from the stage, lighting, florals, furniture, and photo op moments looked spectacular! The best part was working with an efficient team who cared!

Daniel and team have been helping us plan our wedding. He has been fantastic at navigating such a complex project, incredibly attentive and made us feel totally at ease. The Bespoke team have relationships with many great venues and vendors and always gave us several, well tailored options for each aspect of our wedding. Their knowledge and experience have been invaluable. Overall, they offer a terrific service, and the final product speaks for itself!

I couldn’t have asked for more from Sam, Bella and the rest of the Bespoke Events London team. They were always on hand to deal with any requests – a lot of them last minute! – in the planning period and the event looked incredible on the day. Zeleka and her team were exceptional. In the lead up to the day, we had regular check ins and an open WhatsApp chat to voice any questions or concerns. The day itself couldn’t have gone as well without Zeleka, Sophia and Grace. They were professional, treated our guests with care and made sure that everyone was informed about what was going on. I’m a Project Manager in my day to day and so I truly didn’t think I would be able to fully relax on the wedding day but I was definitely able to and had the most perfect day. From the first phone call I had with Zeleka, her confidence and experience shone through. Straight away she gave me connections for suppliers I had not found yet such as catering and production. Also advice on timeline and logistics. I trusted Zeleka with the vision of the wedding and knew that it was in very safe hands. Before the wedding we had numerous phone calls and a site visit. I felt very comfortable relaying my vision and what I wanted. Zeleka was also a great sound board and when it came to things that wouldn’t work aswell. The wedding day was a success and completely stress free for us as the Bride and Groom. Zeleka handled everything and we could truly enjoy our special day. A huge thank you to Zeleka and the team for all their help with our wedding day. From our first phone call Zeleka was kind, helpful, professional and informative and I knew we were in good hands. I toed and froed for a while about the need for wedding day coordination from a budget perspective and given we had a good venue booked, but it was honestly the best money we spent in the end and I'm so glad we went for TWC- I can’t imagine now how it would have gone without them and I would recommend to all who are a bit type A (!) and want to feel all eventualities are accounted for. The stress she alleviated in the lead up to the wedding by liasing with all suppliers was absolutely invaluable. As soon as I saw emails going through to our vendors one by one, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders and I could focus on looking forward to my big day. And then the day came! I had wanted no stress on the day for me or my close ones, and whilst a bit of this was inevitable, Zeleka really left me largely worry free. She came with a fantastic team (also looking fabulous might I add!) and I didn't even know what was going on in the background for the course of the day- they were that smooth! We got in touch with Personal touch to DJ for our event and I am so happy we booked them! From the get go, Eshan was really friendly and listened to us as we spoke about our wedding day and what we wanted. He was enthusiastic and really make us feel like our wedding mattered to him and his team. He took the time to have calls to plan the music and entertainment, and even came for a site visit. We really appreciated his professional guidance and advice. For our wedding, we requested performers, sega dancers, ravine players and lighting equipment - the team went above and beyond and delivered on all aspects. In addition, he took our playlist and made edits to YouTube audios which was really appreciated. On the day, the team were professional and on top of it. The team played our playlist at the right time and at the reception, the music and dj skills was on point - it was all absolutely perfect! On behalf on my Wife and I, I would like to thank Personal Touch for creating the most perfect and spectacular wedding for us, in fact for creating the wedding of our dreams! From the first meeting with the team (some 12months before the wedding) we were left with a sense of purpose and confidence as Eshan inspired us with his words, knowledge and passion to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams....my wife actually said in the car after leaving the office "he really is going to smash this!".... Personally what we really loved was Eshans passion and his ability to understand our vision from the first second of what we wanted, and that is what I think the key to the huge success of the wedding was - once Eshan understood the vision he was free to explore the wedding industries top suppliers, providers of goods and services. We would then be able to choose who & what we would like to go with (or not go with) as Eshan always provided more than one option. My wife actually found a picture online of a wedding set up we loved and so she showed Eshan on the first meeting, his face beemed as he asked where we saw the picture, to which we replied Google. Proud and passionate as ever Eshan informed us that it was one of his set ups from a few weeks before and explained what equipment he had there and how the event was planned and run - straight away it proved the scale of events the Personal Touch carry out - they break the Internet with their events!!!! Personal Touches attention to detail and experience helped us to make many informed decisions that we normally would not have been able to make with such knowledge, as Eshan regularly would explain the pros and cons of set ups - suppliers - costs - ambience and anything else we would not like think about. The music played was out of this world - the organised structure meant we were able to provide a Spotify playlist of tunes we wanted to be on at some point in the night - tunes that family members / guests and that we felt emotionally attached to and that needed to be played. Personal Touch DJ's controlled the event with music - knowing exactly when to keep the vibe upbeat but elegant at the same time, to turing the dance floor into the most popular place to be .....to say we were over moon would be an understatement!! While working with The Personal Touch team, we have not only had a wedding planner - DJ and agony uncle but we also leave having made a life long long friends, something money cannot buy! Personal Touch acted as if the event was their own wedding, everything was from the heart and it was clear to see in the results. We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking. Mercedes, you are a talent and if I only made one right decision with regards to my wedding, I know It was choosing you to make our dream day a reality. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I worked with Mercedes on a styled wedding showcase event in January this year - and she was an utter joy to work with. She organised the day absolutely seamlessly, pulling everyone together with her infectious enthusiasm and humour! Mercedes is an exceptional individual, she seems to be doing a hundred things at once but making it all look utterly effortless, and making it fun at the same time! Mark & his team planned our wedding to perfection our guests were well looked after and the event flowed from one location to another. Mark is so passionate about curating events, he is genuinely excited and interested in your special day. From day one he was always looking out for our best interests which is rare in this industry. There are clearly close relationships Mark has built with the suppliers as they went above and beyond in every detail for us. I completed the Niemierko Wedding Academy in January 2017 and overall the experience was exceptional. Mark spends 5 full days one-on-one with his student and ensures that the experience is personalised to their exact needs. I made a number of incredible contacts throughout the week, as well as now having Mark himself as a mentor for my future endeavours. I would highly recommend the academy to any person, of any age or experience that is looking to pursue a career in the wedding/events industry.
