I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. I fell in love with planning the wedding again, and felt confident that everything was going to look beautiful without the worry that things may not work the way I had imagined. Chenai eliminated all the stress. Our wedding was perfect. My only regret is not finishing ByChenai Events sooner.

Chenai was the perfect wedding planner for our big fusion wedding. She had already planned some truly amazing multicultural weddings, and from the first call, she grasped exactly what we wanted. Can not thank the team enough for the service they provided. The cars were perfect for our day and the photographs and video were better than we could have ever imagined. The team took care of so many of the lovely little details, from the ribbons on the cars to the confetti and this made our day even more special. We had such a wonderful day filled with memories to cherish. Aar De Productions LTD was right on our doorstep and provided much more than we could have hoped for! We have had such pleasure looking back on our photographs (some of which look as if they are straight out of a magazine shoot!). It’s a great place with a nice view, specially an evening sunset view of London. The staff is warm, friendly, and communicative - their suggestions do help and adds value to the experience. The cost is a bit high, but for this place is much in a perfect zone. But the challenge is for it being in the LDO, with plenty of other options, can be a lesser chance to go. As a chicken fan, I do love the Chicken Wings, Saffron Chicken and Chicken Pita. But do not forget to try the 1. Pumpkin soup 2. Halloumi bites 3. Fries 4. Salads Their brunch options are also fantastic.

A fantastic venue and fantastic service. Julie and Jane did an excellent job ensuring that every single detail was covered which led to the success of our event eg., the set of the venue, delicious food and beverages, provision of a PA system, a separate space for recording tributes - everything was perfect. An excellent choice of venue for a Birthday party. The private space provided a cosy ambience feel which was exactly what I was looking for. We bought in our own catering and set-up our own bar, the event manger Julie allowed us access to organise the site before the party, this was really helpful and eased the stress of the day. I would highly recommend this venue for an any special occasion. I would have happily have given 5-stars if there was a concession on parking for my guests. All in all it’s a lovely venue.

I booked the Aqua 1 hall for our son's first birthday at the Crystal Club Wembley. I initially dealt with Kiruba and Janani who made clear what was available, prices and dates and paid an initial 10% deposit. A week before my event I confirmed the guest numbers, the food choices and paid the balance. I then spoke to Jas and finalised the details for the event. I went with the venue for all items except Photo, Cake, Alcohol and DJ Decoration Set-up & Parking: Excellent decoration all completed well ahead of our scheduled start time. Parking is always a bit chaotic there but was expertly managed by the onsite security personnel who kindly held a reserved slot for my car in-front of the venue and gave people vouchers to the overflow carpark once the main car park was full Food & Alcohol What can I say? - the food is always on point at Crystal, managed expertly with the guests and positive comments from all guests on the starters, main course and desserts! I paid corkage and had my own drinks, we were provided with cups, ice-cubes and bar nibbles Other items The event was held on a day that reached 33 degrees the AC was on but it was still quite warm but the management did what they could to control the temperature. Music - please do note that if you are next door to an event that has loud music this will be audible in the hall you are in (as the walls are quite thin). We were given a gold dance floor rather than an LED dance floor but this didn't detract from the overall experience (and was a freebie thrown in). Choose not to have sparklers for the entrance as with the temperature and the smoke would have been uncomfortable for the guests. Overall a 5* great experience managed well by Jas, Kiruba and Janani and the rest of the brilliant Crystal team!

Restrooms need updating. Hall is good size. Catering and staff were lovely. One star less as the hall needs some TLC which would bring my score to 5 stars if refurbished. Stairs are slightly lethal when wet for example. They do have disabled restroom with baby changing facility but these aren't cleaned regularly enough. Lift access which is also bonus but again needs to be cleaned and smell needs to be addressed. Otherwise would be a great venue for smaller events. Small car park onsite which is useful but more parking nearby as the venue is near Wembley arena.
