Avari Events provided the decor for our Mendhi Night, and it was absolutely stunning. The night was so magical and it was better than I had imagined and they truly delivered and helped make the night so special. We received so many compliments on the decor. Rakesh was so lovely to chat to from the first call he took the time to understand my vision and the end result was simply amazing. I would say with any decor company do ensure you work out how much time they would require to set up and take down the decor - as we had to factor in more time than we initially thought. Working with avari events was such a great experience for us planning our wedding reception party. They made the whole evening perfect! We had regular meetings with Upesh who was very knowledgeable and helpful to get us exactly what we needed for our big day! The tips and advice he gave us really helped us to choose our designs and details for the event! He went above and beyond on the day to ensure the whole event ran smoothly and dealt with all venue issues himself to ensure we were not distracted from the big day! Everything we asked for was delivered, they really are an all in one package, lighting, AV, decor, magic mirror, dance floor, smoke machines, pyros, bar you name it they can provide it!
