We had the most incredible wedding day at The Barn at Botley Hill! From start to finish, everything was beyond perfect. The venue itself is breathtaking, and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful it was. A special mention goes to Kate and Lily, who were absolutely amazing throughout the entire planning process and on the big day itself. Their attention to detail, support, and calm presence made us feel completely at ease. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to help make our day so special. If you’re looking for a venue that’s not only stunning but also comes with a fantastic, caring team, we cannot recommend The Barn at Botley Hill enough!

Where to start on this incredible setting, venue and team. Everyone involved at Botley have been simply superb from the moment we first walked into the venue. The team are part of your special day all the way through and make each moment count. The biggest praise I could give them would be how the guests commented that everything ran to clock work, nothing was too much trouble and they just cared so much about making our day so very special. We cant thank them enough and couldn’t recommend them more highly to anyone looking at the venue. A truly 5 star experience that we will never forget.

I was the Photographer a wedding here last week and I can't tell you how awesome this venue is. The staff are so lovely (theres even a cat) and they were on hand all day to help. the venue itself is stunning, the views out the back at great and the barn itself with that big glass window is iconic. The ceremony room is a stone barn with great natural light and a small prep room on the mezzanine. The wedding breakfast room is a large room with air conditioning and a bar. Theres a gate out to the fields where we went for couples portraits and the sunsets over the hills which makes for some awesome sunset photos. I can't wait to come back to this venue!

Our journey with Botley started on a cold Jan in 2023. Upon arrival Lily & Rachel showed us around the gorgeous barns and grounds and we were able to picture our wedding day there which wasn't due until July 2024. During that long 18 months we were in frequent contact with Lily & team and we had a couple of visits for supplier days and wine selection tasting... which I might add was spectacular, Lily and Rachel made sure we had sampled everything and then some ;) Fast forward to July 2024. I stayed in one of the Shepherds huts the night before the big day (only available under certain circumstances) which was very relaxing and brilliant to get a feel for what was about to come. On the day the Botley team were in full swing and everything was perfect. Lily, Rachel and team kept every single promise and went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly and that the Bride (my new wife), Bridesmaids our guests were comfortable and well looked after. We are forever grateful to Lily, Rachel and team at Botley for giving us the most amazing day and forever memories. Thank you again - Meg & Jon

What can we say…the team at Botley made our wedding the day of our dreams. Everything from the initial planning, their attention to detail, their ability to be on the end of the phone for any of our many questions, to the wine tasting, to the day itself; they were absolutely faultless. The venue speaks for itself visually, its perfection! The facilities are top notch and there isn’t anything I feel they can’t do. They even somehow managed to save a hail storm for the second we went inside for our meal and then bring out the most stunning sunset for as soon as we’d finished. Every single person there is excellent at their job and they are wonderful human beings as well! We felt like by the end of it we were more like friends than clients. All of our guests couldn’t stop telling us how wonderful the venue and staff were on the day. We were blown away. Thank you so much, we will forever be so grateful and to be honest we’re just sad now we don’t get to come back all the time and do it all over again. Botley truly is a dream venue!
