We came across Saffron Culture when we were planning our wedding at Kew Gardens in June 2024. We went for a tasting a few weeks ahead of the wedding. From the outset, we were really impressed by Manpreet and his team - they were very professional and the good was delicious. We went for a second tasting shortly before the wedding to finalise the menu and try a few more dishes. For the food, they provided canapes at our drinks reception (the mini chat was delicious), a trio of starters (lamb chops, mushroom bhaji, chicken, butternut squash patty) and a few different curries for the main - all served with naan, yoghurt etc and a beautiful desert. As caterers, they were also able to provide for all the different dietary requirements with ease - vegans, gluten free, kosher/halal etc. They were easy to contact at all times, even for quick questions and helped with a run through ahead of the wedding. Manpreet also helped contract a drinks supplier, oversaw tables, seats, bars set up and seating arrangements. It really ran like clockwork - we didn't have to worry about anything on the day. All our wedding guests said how much they enjoyed their food - would very much recommend, very tasty food that everyone enjoyed!

My partner and I had Manpreet and his team at Saffron cater our wedding dinner (vegan/vegetarian for 200 people). Many of our non-vegan guests left wondering how vegan food could taste that good :) We could not speak more highly of the team nor the food - both were fantastic! Not to mention Saffron catered to a wide range of dietary concerns and the team's service was top notch. Would highly, highly recommend!

We wanted to say a big thank you to Manpreet and his wonderful team at Saffron Culture for all the effort and hard work put in leading up to our wedding day and on the day itself to make it such a special occasion. The day seemed to pass by so smoothly, and we are glad we put our trust in Manpreet and his team to run our event. The food was exquisite, the presentation stunning and service very attentive. Many of our guests have remarked on how delicious the canapes and dinner were and that it was some of the best wedding food they’ve had! We will certainly be visiting the restaurant at Cinnamon Culture again to reminisce on our wedding day and taste more delicious food!

Manpreet and his team delivered everything we hoped for and more. Our wedding was at Kew Gardens. Manpreet provided great advice in the build up - steering us to the options and selections which would work practically and what flavours would complement each other. The catering was widely praised as being some of the best wedding food our guests had ever had and the service was second to none. Food presentation was also exactly as shown when we did our tasting. Staff were attentive, easily accessible and speedy. Cocktails were also exceptional and the bar was very quick to order at. Thanks Manpreet and team!

Aimee was instrumental in organising our wedding this year at the Rosewood in London, I can honestly say I enjoyed every moment of the planning process - stress free, thanks to Aimee. On our first meeting I knew she understood the style of wedding we wanted and was able to pull everything together using many of her excellent contacts and suppliers. Aimee never came to me with an issue before figuring out a way to resolve it, we had a couple of problems with delivery of some items that we had ordered online, Aimee quickly looked for a solution then contacted me to tell me we were now getting them elsewhere and they were even better than the originals! I'm sure the process of finding the replacements was extremely stressful her side, but I was blissfully unaware! Aimee has a really calm and positive nature which helped immensely the closer we got to our big day, I knew everything was in good hands and I was able to totally relax from start to finish. I would highly recommend Aimee if you are looking for someone to take your ideas and create something truly impressive & beautiful! The day was everything I could have wished for and more... can we do it all again, please?!?!

Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.

When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

After 3 years of procrastination, we finally decided to plan our wedding in London while living in the US. All we can say is thank goodness for Dita! From beginning to end, Dita was incredibly patient while we made up our minds. She was never pushy and always encouraged us to do what we wanted, all while appreciating our budget. We needed some furniture hire for a birthday party and we are so pleased to have find Daniel’s company. The service him and his team provided is 5*. Before placing the order, we needed reassurance that what we needed would fit as we planning to use our garden and the fact that Daniel can come out (at a small fee) to come measure and provide his expertise was convenient. It ensured that what we needed for the party would fit and that we had options for anything alternative. The delivery, installation and the removal were seamless. Since they provided a tracking link with a chat functionality, it helps planning your day around the delivery. We had a great party with loads of compliments on the set up. Would recommend Daniel Lay Events anytime.

Hi, this review is for our AMAZING wedding planner Penny at Penelope Weddings. Our wedding just passed earlier this month in June so a big sigh of relief as I'm writing this. First, I would like to mention that I live in the United States and trying to plan a wedding overseas was nearly impossible. In the US, we find our vendors by using mainly Yelp searches and in most parts of the world, Yelp is not a feasible option. I was able to find a couple vendors on my own just by searching and joining random groups on FB, but due to the time zone difference and other obstacles, it was challenging to say the least. The DJ we hired recommended using a wedding planner and up until that point I hadn't really thought that was an option for us. She gave me 3 referrals and we actually did a zoom call with another wedding planning company prior to talking to Penny. They were asking for an unreasonable amount of money and more importantly we didn't connect as they seemed cold and it was all a very transactional conversation. Then our next meeting was with Penny and from the beginning she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She made it very clear from the beginning of her involvement and guidance. From the beginning to end, Penny literally held my hand and walked us through everything. She made suggestions and recommendations that we would never had thought of and we truly appreciate everything that she has done for us. At the end of the wedding, I've asked for Penny's help to mail by bouquet to an Etsy vendor to dry my flowers and preserve them because we had to fly to Lisbon the next day after the wedding! If you can afford to and you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, please just reach out to Penny. I promise that you won't regret it!

Without Penny our day would have been a stressful, disorganised mess! Penny could not have made us feel more at ease, during the planning and especially on the day. Somehow she was always at hand, but never seen - no matter the situation, she was there to fix it. Could not have better words for Penny! x

Penelope Weddings were incredible in taking care of our special day. Our wedding day was by the far the most special day of our lives. Penny literally made our dreams come true. From start to finish I could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary working to make everything happen. It was truly a magical day. The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations. Penny has an eye for attention to detail and we were so thankful to have her see to those details and it played a huge part in making the whole day so special. Penny has this wonderful aura and made us both feel wonderful during the process. We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. Hopefully we can use her again one day, we are planning a 1 year anniversary party!

Great venue and ambience. My 1st visit to this venue. Went to see Aynsley Lister. Surprisingly the bar had a couple of Craft Ale Casks available. The sound mixing was excellent. Thank you sound engineer. Stood up near the front of the stage. Great local night out.

We held a blessing here followed by a party and we had such a brilliant experience. Lisa and Dash were fantastic, they were easy to get hold of and on hand for questions and queries. They were able to accommodate changes and helped with a last minute requirement for more chairs. They organised all the setting up and all the suppliers for us so everything felt stress free! We had the most amazing party and our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Always a friendly welcome from the staff and a great atmosphere at this venue. I had some tickets saved for me by a very helpful lady on the phone. Friendly and professional always and they book some great acts

Visited recently and saw Faux Fighters supported by Cobaint. Great local venue for concerts, good sound, easy parking, clean toilets and good selection of craft beer at the bar (which wasn’t over priced). Staff were friendly and everything was well organised.
