We've booked in for Christmas meal for six of us as a family yesterday. The meal was great and staff were really nice, friendly and polite. Inside was really nice lovely and warm atmosphere great place great food and service, definitely recommend.
We visited the Robin as a family & enjoyed a pre-booked Christmas meal. On booking, there was plenty of choice & options of 2 or 3 courses for both adults & children. Food was lovely & plentiful & the service was spot on at a great price.
Our first time visiting here today and it was lovely! My 2 years old daughter thoroughly enjoyed her meal and pudding as did I and my friend. We will definitely be visiting again and I'll be bringing my other children along next time for the scrummy burgers!
Fantastic staff. Welcoming and friendly Nothing too much problem. Yvonne was lovely went out way to ensure was comfy and had everything we needed. Cheap but great food. But place could do with a lick of paint.
We booked an evening table for 7 people for a 25th birthday. On arrival we were shown promptly to our table and presented with menus, largely pub food but extensive and acceptable to us all. At first we did not realise that we had to order both drinks and food at the bar, but this did not turn out to be a problem. The young lady who took our orders was both very pleasant and helpful. When the food arrived it was all delicious and hot with no complaints whatsoever. We followed with sweets, not a large selection but the apple crumble was first class! As this was a birthday celebration we had taken a cake with us which the staff willingly served for us, having lit the candles and leading the singing of ‘Happy Birthday’ This was an excellent evening with good quality food, at very reasonable prices, and two first class young staff members who could not do enough for us. I am sure we will be back! Very well recommended.
