Stumbled upon this place as we were attending a wedding bury. Two days later drive over from Bolton just to eat here again. Mark does his best to go above and beyond helping me to make dietary choices that are yummy and I can eat with being GF
Lovely, friendly staff. The coffee and food is amazing. I Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a decent coffee and fresh food. You won’t be disappointed!
You always get a warm welcome at Ground Up, the owner is friendly and approachable and this cafe always has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The coffee is excellent and the cakes are amongst the best in Bury. I've not tried any of the other food but some hot food is available and the toasties and sandwiches look good. They also have a pre-paid items board which you can contribute to for anyone in need of food or a hot drink without the means to pay, which I think it's a fantastic idea. It's a great cafe!
Great coffee and great food!! Service was fast and friendly 💕 all the staff were so lovely and helpful! Loads of vegan/veggie options for me and my friend ! Can’t wait to go back 🥳 xx
One of the best bacon sandwiches I have ever had! Fantastic coffee and lovely atmosphere. Thanks Mark for my lovely breakfast I will definitely be visiting again soon!
