First time trying this place, we didn't order the night before and just chance it and got lucky. The foods delicious, very fresh and tasty, a much better alternative to a Chinese or similar. Portion sizes are huge, you could probably share one given how much rice you get. a great addition to Standish. We had Saturday night.. chicken and lentil and the lamb dish.

Fantastic food at affordable prices and run by really lovely and attentive people. Art of Persia continues to be a mainstay in the lunchtime ritual for my colleagues and I. Cannot recommend enough. Try the Chicken Gharmeh Kebab!

Very easy 5 stars, should have tried this place much sooner. The food was authentic, delicious, and great value for money due to the generous portions. £15 may seem a lot for a main course but it would feed two people. I’m I’ll definitely be back to try the lunch menu which is only £5 per meal, price of a McDonald’s but twice as tasty and healthy!

First time & delighted we've found this gem! It was the most tastiest & authentic food we've had in years. The meat is excellent quality (NOT processed) we had Ghormeh Sabzi Stew & Lamb & chickpea Stew DEVINE! Red cabbage coleslaw was amazing, never even heard of it so glad we tried it. Portion size just right. Highly recommend this place if you want delicious home cooked food, immaculate surroundings & friendly genuine staff. Priced right too, you get what you pay for worth every penny.
