The food service was well organised considering it was so busy. The staff had everything under control. I had made a mistake on one meal when placing the order online which was quickly rectified by staff. Everything arrived hot with plenty of veg to share. My only small grumble was that two tables had been placed very close together in the walkway, so when people were sitting in back to back chairs there was hardly room to squeeze past. We were on tables 3 and 4 and had plenty of room other than that.

Lovely atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. There were quite a few of us let down by another venue ( not their fault) but we were quickly accommodated. All staff were lovely and so nice , we were all made to feel welcome. We ordered food and drink via app and from the bar which was really prompt, hot and delicious. Portions were excellent and so was the quality. We will definately be regulars now!

From arriving on site there was ample parking, which was close to the entrance. The entrance was lit up and spacious. It gave a very welcoming feeling. Once inside my first impressions were good. There was a very pleasant atmosphere, it was busy but not noisy, and it was a good feeling all round. We were seated almost immediately by a very pleasant young women who welcomed us and explained what specials were on offer. The table was very clean and we had enough space between each other, so didn’t feel uncomfortable. The menus were easy to navigate, and we had an option of ordering online from the table, or from the bar, which was only about 10 feet from the table. There was TVs on the walls also to watch. From ordering our food, we waited about 20 minutes, and believe me when I say it was worth every second. We ordered burgers, and they were absolutely sublime. I’ve eaten burgers in a lot of places in a lot of countries, and this was one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted, worth every penny. The whole experience of The Venture was extremely good and we will definitely be returning.

Went in Sunday to meet friends. Table booked and ready. Great view of the large TV. Also coors was 2 for 1 which was brilliant. Staff and other patrons always in good spirits. We had a great afternoon and a bonus with the boots and 10% off on the score king
