When in the store today Lucy and her male manager were making the hot drinks and they worked together so well. They have to be the best pair I have ever seen in a costa store and I have been in a fair few up and down england! I think Lucy would make a fantastic person to go to different stores and train staff how to work in a partnership and do the job efficiently. The store was very busy but together they got through the orders super fast and without any problems.
Love Costa Coffee and professional service you always get, friendly staff and clean tables, just ashame your coffee prices are increasing far too much, and never come down, especially when coffee bean prices reduce.
Very warm and place. Colour selection is very professional. Nice furnishings. Comfortable chairs.
Serves very nice coffee and would definitely recommend the mc and cheese. 👌. Enthusiastic staff. However, tables could have been a little cleaner. But other than that. Loved it!!
