Francine and Jess made us so welcome, the food was excellent and the pub retains its old world charm, with tasteful modern touches to add to the comfort of the restaurant area. The recommendation by a friend proved to be a winner.

I came with my family of 10 for a Christmas reunion. Our servers Jamie, Jo and Lara were amazing! So friendly and very attentive. We all really enjoyed our food and drinks. We were able to bring our 2 dogs into the bar area too, so it is dog friendly, and had free treats and water bowls too! Thanks for an amazing evening 😌

The food was absolutely gorgeous, so impressed! Edit - returned a couple of weeks later to be given a dirty table and an extremely dirty high chair with food dripping down the leg and smeared on the table. If this is the standard they are happy to have on show, I can't imagine how bad it is in the kitchen. Left without ordering and won't return.

We stumbled on this place - and what a great find. The staff were out of this work - so helpful and the food was amazing. Had a lovely afternoon, will definitely be coming back.
