Staff are genuinely amazing. They are so attentive, hardworking and kind. I go to this branch very often because I am a writer and I need a change of scenery. I tried almost every cafe in the area and slowly transition into visiting to Costa only because every member of the staff are kind and caring. I find the Costa experience very simillar to at Bvlgari Hotel or Ritz London. I hope the staff members are appreciated properly by the management, because they really do not have to be nice. Thank you Costa staff members for motivating me to finish my book!
brilliant staff but U should probably let them have piercings on show as the blue covers look very silly and I feel there is more chance of one of them being in my drink then a piercing but staff is some of the greatest I've had
