Ken has done various plumbing work for me over the years, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Most recently he installed a Wiser system in my house and it works amazingly. Takes the time to explain everything, is super-reliable, fair with his pricing, tidy in the way he works and clears up at the end of the job, understanding and really has the customer in mind throughout. I can recommend this company 100%. Kenny is a real expert at both plumbing and (complex) Wifi-based smart heating systems. He fixed my Genius Smart Heating system on two occasions now and got it working when no-one else could. He will go the extra mile for you and is very reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend.

Had to call Dan as we suddenly had no water and the plumber we normally use wasn’t available. He called back almost immediately then came round, investigated and sorted the problem really quickly. I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. Having gone without hot water and heating for 48 hours thanks to a sprouting hot water cylinder, I contacted Julian who booked me in at short notice, and replaced the tank and ancilliary pipe work. MK Plumbing & Heating did a great job replacing my old boiler that was 15 years old. They put in a new Glow Worm boiler for me and I'm really happy with it. They gave me the best price out of all the quotes I got and they were super professional. They did the work neatly and didn't leave any mess. Pretty good service we had an oil boiler installed had a Few problem with the boiler not total energy fault but they sorted Pretty quickly. My only gripe is total energy have no emergency call out. So like us if something goes wrong at night or the weekend you have to call someone else out. So be prepared for this. Total energy you need to introduce a call out engineer.

Total Energy Solutions installed a complete new bathroom and hot water supply for us. In the planning stages they were excellent and explained their reasoning for everything clearly, helping us to avoid problems later on. They were always on time, tidy, and efficient. Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running. Apologies I didn’t catch his name. Really appreciated, especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon when they were supposed to be finishing. 100% recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff

We needed a new boiler as our broke down just as the cold weather arrived. Gary came out and identified the problem. He ordered the new boiler and it was installed within the week. As we were without heating they also loaned us some convector heaters. Rob installed the new boiler and was efficient , tidy, punctual and explained how the new boiler worked. Gary phoned the next day to check we were happy and warm with the new boiler. Would definitely recommend the company.

Phoned TT Gas and Heating Services at 7pm on a Friday night because water was pouring through ceiling. Tom arrived in 20 minutes and stopped leak then returned 4 days later and replaced emersion heater. He was professional, pleasant, efficient and a true godsend in an emergency. He also charged a very reasonable rate for his services. I would strongly recommend TT Gas and Heating Services to others

I had a problem with no hot water, last week. So called Tom from TT Gas & Heating Services. He was able to come out the next day and see what the problem was. Found the problem inside the boiler and ordered the parts straight away. Tom was very clean and tidy whilst working and repairing the boiler. Tom did a fantastic job, would highly recommend him. Also coming back to do some smaller jobs.

Came and fitted a walk in shower for us converting it from a bath!!! All work completed on time and in a neat and tidy fashion has since been on hand when we have needed other work done around the pub would certainly recommend!!!!
