Darren at Valley Drains was really helpful. He and his co-worker came out within two hours of me contacting them. They dealt with my blocked drains extremely efficiently. Turned out it was an issue for Wessex Water, so Darren explained how I should be able to get a refund. I found he and his colleague polite, professional and cheerful. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant company!!! Highly recommend!!!! Darren and Co are so helpful itâs beyond words! Fitted us in so quickly with an urgent washing machine drain issue. With a 6 wk old babygirl you can imagine the pile of washing. As soon as I had called to explain the issue Darren and team were on hand immediately to rectify the problem, what a relief đ . Professional at all times with a friendly manner and couldnât have been more helpful. Wouldnât use anyone else for drains or water issues again. Good price very happy.

Darren and Jack cleared several blocked up rainwater drains and ran a CCTV survey at a property I've just moved into. When I first called their number it went to voicemail but Darren texted me an hour or so later when he had signal and was at my house within 24hrs of first contact. They arrived early, talked me through everything, made useful suggestions for solutions and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. The drains are all unblocked, they cleaned up after themselves and I now know much more about the drainage situation here and have options for future works. Throughout they were polite, professional and respectful. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

I have two jobs carried out by Guy Crabb, can't recommend them highly enough. They reopened an old fire place and installed a log burner. Then they removed an old water tank and replaced with new plus re routed pipe work. Friendly efficient team and left the house spotless. Would definitely use again. Thanks Mark

Excellent work from all the team involved in diagnosing the need for and installing a new boiler, at the same time balancing the radiators and making the system so much more effective. Whenever I drive or walk through Bridport, I always notice a Guy Crabb van. I wanted a number of refurbishments done on my bathroom, en-suite and utility rooms and being fairly new to the area, wondered who to choose. My neighbours were not any help as they all had poor experiences with one man bands or other small firms. So I thought why not try Guy Crabb, they must be doing something right with so many vans. We popped into their showroom on Gore Cross business park last June and left them a list of work to be done and asked for a quote. The very pleasant lady did tell us that they had a huge backlog of work since the pandemic and it might be many weeks before they could visit my home to quote. Well it was October when a very nice man called Mike Smyth visited to quote. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. 2 weeks later we received an itemised quote which we accepted immediately after choosing specific taps, wall panels and a pan at their showroom. It was Jan 23 before they were able to start work and a young man called Shane was assigned to carry out the work. He was very pleasant and friendly but also very professional, methodical and meticulous in his work. It took 3 1/4 days to install 3 shower panels, a new shower, 2 basin taps, 1 utility sink tap and a new loo pan. He did encounter a few issues withe the existing installations but overcame those. The invoice was exactly as per the quote but with the additional components used charged for. All in all, this was great work by a most professional company. Every employee that we either met or spoke to on the phone were friendly, happy and professional. The only downside was the wait until they could do the work. Was it worth the wait? Absolutely 100%.

The team from Guy Crabb did an excellent job fitting a new cold water tank in our house. The work was completed to a high standard, and they left the house immaculate. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Our hall ceiling was dripping like a rain forest. Ian & Reece just kept on ferreting away until they were content that they had all of the possible sources of the leak repaired. No questions left unanswered. The major problem was a failed hot water tank. Then they installed a more modern tank with the neatest copper pipework I have ever seen, worthy of the Tate gallery. They kept us informed every step of the way. They stuck to their original estimate and their were no little surprise extras. That day started as a nightmare and ended with smiles all round.
