Highly recommend! Spencer answered my phone call at early hours in the morning and was able to offer a next day appointment and quote over the phone. He was very knowledgable and gave me instructions on how to prepare for his visit, from looking online at other company’s I thought I would have to wash every piece of clothing (which as a women is a lot) however he assured me this is not necessary and the correct treatment can be carried out whilst the clothes remained in the wardrobes. When Spencer attended the property again he was very informative and truthful about the situation, he was helpful throughout the entire process and made me feel at ease as this was not a nice process to go through. Spencer’s rates were more than reasonable and when I went to book him back in for a follow up he told me that it’s not always necessary and to see how it goes he calmed me down where as I feel bigger company’s would of taken this booking for the income. I hope to never see you again Spencer but thank you!
